I foolishly took them up on their offer of a single free doc and somehow ended up with a $ 35.00-a-week subscription, which I have hopefully canceled. I loathe companies that use such deceptive tactics to make money by offering something free and then you unwittingly sign up for a subscription you don't need or want. I guess it is, as they say, nothing is free.

Law Depot is deceitful, their forms are not recognized in all states. Law Depot does not cancel the account after you cancel their service; the company continues to withdraw money from their monthly service charge, When you contact them the representative claims they have no previous request of cancellation. Most states do not recognize the documents as being legal for this company. WARNING I do not recommend that anyone handling legal business to not use this service.This company continued to charge me for 4 months after cancellation and refused to refund my $140. Once I arrived at the courthouse the clerk told me the document is not legal. It took me two hours of running around to get the court house documents valid by handwriting a document that would be received as valid for the state of Georgia. This company is located in Canada. I would not recommend anyone to use this service.

Loved the fact that at last minute I need it a rental lease agreement without no time to guess what app will be free or not.It was free for the week trial.Then did not cancel but when called customer service, to decide if stay or cancel Samantha responded all my questions but also let me know they were closed 15 mins ago which I found kind of rude being a first time customer and you could tell she was not happy by her breathing after asking a few questions that helped decided to stay.Forgetting about Samantha's lack of customer service I found thru my questions as I believe $35 monthly is too much to pay monthly in case we need a documents occasionally BUT by paying the year membership about $108 which equals a $9.00 monthly payment is GREAT for just having this awesome tool for which a lawyer will easy charge you more than $150 depending at least in MA where I live.So for $9 a month you can live free of worries when needing a document legally accepted in all states of US(base on what they say so far, haven't got any problem and my lease was acepted)IT IS WORTH THE MONEY PLUS IF NEED 3 DOCUMENTS PER YEAR FOR YOU OR ANY RELATIVE OR FRIEND IT WILL SAVE YOU A FEW GOOD HUNDREDS AND THATS WITHOUT COUNTING YOU CAN CHARGE FOR MAKING THE FAVOR TO ANOTHER PERSON PROBABLY AND OF NOT YOU ARE ALREADY WINNING AND NOT LOOSING ANYTHING

They will trap you into a commitment with 0 forthcoming information about what you have committed to. No emails, no refunds, and many hurdles to remove yourself from their slimy fingers. NEVER USE OR TRUST THIS EVIL COMPANY!
