I googled for a free land contract, and their Google search result clearly says download for free today. Then you put the information in, and you get to the end, and they will not let you make a free account. IT IS NOT FREE, AND THE GOOGLE SEARCH IS A PAID LIAR.

- Sign in to your LawDepot (https://www.lawdepot.com/) account
- Hover over your email address at the top right-hand side of the page.
- Click on "My Documents" from the drop down menu.
- Locate the document you want to access and click on its name to open the file.
- Click on Change Answers
- Go through the questionnaire to look for the information you want to change or edit by clicking Save & Continue.

The expectation is that customers are responsible for awareness of special requirements in their jurisdiction. While we may try to help customers by making common answer suggestions or providing information in frequently asked questions, ultimately, it is up to the customer to know what their fact situation requires or to get the assistance of local legal counsel. The question template is intended to accommodate the majority of end users and to give them the flexibility to create a document that will work for them. The customer drafts, creates and edits the document as they feel is best.

Poor after service experience. New comers be aware on name of free first week trial I loosed my money. Rude agent interaction. Agent wants ready to listen any concerns
I like your services so far, but wish you were to inform customers payment is required before taking the time making a resume and it not being useful until payment. I paid for rental agreement documents for a year and thought that covered all your services. I won't suggest this site to friends and family.

Looking at your chosen service, you picked the Basic License, which gives you access to create, edit, print and download only one type of document for a certain time. We have two other subscriptions that allow you full access to all documents we have online. You can select either the Free Trial for one week. If you cancel it within seven days, no charge will be billed to you. If you go beyond 7 days, it automatically renews to a monthly subscription for $35.00. We also offer the Yearly subscription, which renews every year and gives you full access to all documents we offer online for $107.88. We are sorry if our site does not meet your expectations. However, all details of our services were explained to you before you selected the service. A confirmation email of the chosen service was also sent to you after you signed up. All this information was provided so you would make an informed purchase decision. The user is responsible for the service selection and the usage of our services.
