Horrible company

If you buy one thing from them, they will continuously text you. I've asked via chats, emails and calls to the company. The chat will tell you they will stop, but they won't. They will tell you to type "stop" via text but your text won't go through. If you call they will hang up on you! I have filled complaints with the BBB and Attorney General's office in NY

The makeup is great, I use a lot of Laura Geller from QVC. If you order from the actual company though be prepared for long shipping times or no shipping at all. Then they lie and make excuses, most used is your order was sent to the wrong address. I placed 2 orders weeks ago and they haven't shipped yet. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my bank.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I still haven't received my order! Got a tracking number that stated the items were delivered and I reached out because they were not delivered. They responded giving me another tracking method which showed my package bouncing around in New Jersey from town to town. A week later I received an email stating my order was delivered to the wrong house (tracking was still showing my package was in New Jersey) They keep coming up with excuse after excuse for why my order hasn't been delivered. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal so I will be filing a claim today and will never order from them again.

Never shipped product

It took 3 weeks and 5 separate interactions with customer service to get a refund from an order that they never got around to shipping. Story from customer service changed every time. I can't imagine that whatever makeup they sell is worth the hassle.

My sister, my friend, and I ordered this on the same day and while my sis and friend received theirs about a week later, mine never shipped. I sent them a couple of emails asking about my product, and after the second email, they canceled my order. But it's okay because my friend said hers is just so-so, and my sister says the foundation (fair) looks orange on her. No thank you!

I have been using her products for awhile and have liked them. As of today I will not use them. I received an email with the price of an eye pallet. Price was on this email, picture attached, was $16. When I went to checkout, it was $32. Contacted customer service, sent them pics of the email which showed the price. They offered me 30% off. When I refused that, they said to pay the full price and they'd send me a refund of the difference. When I asked why I can't just order it now for the $16 rather than go thru the hassle of a refund, they never responded to that. Needless to say, they obviously don't honor the price, mistakenly or not, which as far as I'm concerned, is unethical and shows the lack of customer service or integrity of the company.

I have used LG baked foundation and blushes for a few years. One compact can easily last 2 years and beyond with daily use. The issue is that the compact always breaks at the hinge after about a year. Break out the duct tape, etc. At the moment I have 2 broken cases and I had one last year. The problem is that they won't acknowledge any responsibiltiy after 30 days from purchase. Who would expect to have an issue that soon. My makeup stays in my makeup drawer so no rough use. The last 3 products all broke one day when opening at about a year old and with over 1/2 the product left. LG needs to realize that if they want to be thought of as a quality company with quality product, the case needs to stay together. It's all about quality of service these days and the hard "sorry we can't do anything" is poor service at best.

Horrible customer service. They say to contact prior to returning items, but they never respond. Tried calling, only to be on hold forever. Returns the items, will see if I ever get refunded.

Don't do it

I ordered these on impulse, tried to cancel within an hour. They declined saying it was already processing and I could return it when I received it. Well not really, many emails, and calls later, no response except for a generic e mail with no return information. Beware, do not order from this company

I am fair completed, in my 50s, and find all of the liquid foundations I have tried provide too much coverage for my naturally good skin. Laura Geller's Baked Balance n Glow Illuminating Foundation in Porcelain gives provides just the right amount of coverage and true beauty to my skin. It does decrease any flaws but does not appear 'cakey' or dull. It does illuminate my skin and gives a very youthful glow. I am impressed. Cannot wait to receive the baked blush. I fully endorse this product for any age.

The products are good. Customer service poor. First time I ordered from the US. Had a query because of previous scams in shipping. Sent the query with the order number in the title of the email. Response back was what was your order number. Sent a response back again quoting order number. No response back this time. Very disappointed. Won't be ordering again because if there is a future problem, very unsure I will get a reply

Spackle primer

I was excited to receive primer in the mail. Unfortunately I was disappointed. For me, its doesn't glide on. It feels rough and its not smooth at all. Very disappointed. I will be sending it back. It was 32$$$

Since Laura Geller has new owners, things have gone down hill. I placed 3 orders. All 3 had used or old product shipped. First, order had a used eye shadow, LG refunded $4 on the order. 2nd order had nick in the lipstick which seemed to have already been opened. 3rd order, mascara was dried out and eyeshadow stick fell out of holder when first opened. Shipping time was 19 to 27 days. Poor customer service, no phone number and long email responses. Do not buy from them unless you want nasty products and have almost a month to wait for your order.

I ordered three products three weeks ago. I got an email over a week later that a product was sold out and my card would be refunded. No problem, right? Wrong! When I finally do you get my order, the item that I was told was sold out was the item that I got. And the two items that I was supposed to get, I never received. Even though the tracking number is for those two items. Can I get anyone in customer service to email me back because they claim they're so busy right now. It's just so frustrating. I wish there was a customer service phone number. I feel I would have been better off getting the products anywhere else. But I actually do love her makeup & spackle.

This brand is one of my all-time favorite brands for so many reasons! I'd have to write a whole paragraph to say everything, but the bottom line is that the quality is there and it speaks for itself in every single product. The brand has been around long enough to know how to do beauty right, and the customer service represents brand perfectly!

Affordable and good
