I received products that did not hold up to their advertisement and was trying to send them back. I was told I had to get a return slip (which never came with my package) and customer service would contact me. It has been over 3 days with me waiting to get this return slip and I have heard not one word. I would never ever order from this company ever again. The products are not what they say and their customer service is the worse I have ever seen.

The product is good, but customer service is the worst. They don't care. Don't bother they will hold your order for over 2 weeks and not ship and not give you any reason for the delay. I've reach out 2 them 3 times with no resolve.

I guess I got carried away in the pictures and didn't ck the ingredients. I am a retired makeup artist and this product could NEVER wk great on mature skin. The first ingredient is TALC. It doesn't matter how much dimensioned you put in it you will never over come the cabinets of talc. The coverage Def was not full on the baked double take foundation. This was really disappointing and a waste of time. Should have read the ingredients first. If your trying to improve the appearance of mature skin you would NEVER use talc and would NOT want a matte finish. Dewy finish will always win on mature skin, if need a little dusting of crushed silica in the right places for a finished look. But I prefer all dewy hydrated look for my mid 50's skin and most people think I am much younger than I am because of it.

You have do not have a customer service phone number. The chat feature is useless because the robots repeat the same thing. I've lost hope that I will ever hear back through email. I've been waiting 4 days to receive my Return Authorization code and return shipping label. I want to send my items back ASAP for a full refund and based off other's reviews of your customer service, I will never hear anything back from your customer service. This is a terrible first impression of your company. I am a first-time customer, and I will not be buying from you again.

I have never dealt with such a shoddy company for returns. What they say is NOT TRUE. I have tried for a week to get the i formation about returning there product and only get form letters on email. Don't buy this product.

The baked foundation is terrible for any type of "glow or coverage." You'll get better results with L'Oreal true match mineral powder foundation...trust me. The eyeliner is awful. The sharpener just smushes the eyeliner and does not sharpen AT ALL! I have to use a piece of kleenex to roll it and get it to a point, which is extremely wasteful. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! I wouldn't give it a star at all. Buyer beware!

I don't even know how I ended up on her email list. But you WILL GET TONS of email from her. Junk. Junk. Junk. Run now!

I wish I'd looked at better business reviews before I ordered. I paid. They have done nothing. They wanted me to pay a "computer expert" to find my order. I am a computer expert.
In other reviews, it's common for LG to take the $ and not help in any way

Contrary to some of the reviews I have read, my order shipped and arrived in a week. I love how the baked balance-n-brighten goes on. I use revolution pro blur stick primer first and then the Laura Geller product. Im 55 with pretty good skin but I'd say this baked foundation takes at least 5 years off and just smooths out my skin so well. I ordered the gel eye liner too and it's now my favorite. Doesn't smudge and lasts for a full work day. I'm a fan and would purchase again! One tip I would offer is to get two shades and blend.

I just got on to Laura Geller a few months ago. In my early 60's, I have never looked better. The ease of application - much better than liquid foundations that are greasy and bad for my skin. Actually, my skin without make up is looking better. No more clogged pores. Love the variety. Note: going direct does take longer but you save more money because of the discounts. If you want fast, go to Amazon and spend more. I haven't had any bad orders. My new go to!

I bought the balance and brighten to try the brand and loved it! I now have everything. I don't understand the bad reviews. Yes, the items sell out fast, but everything I purchased is wonderful. The primer is like nothing I have used before, goes on silky smooth, but not oily. The lipstick is absolutely moisturizing and looks natural, not "made up". Best I've ever bought. These products stay on all day and then some. I have had problems finding mascara that doesn't give me tarantula eyes. I always used Cover Girl, can't remember the name now, but they changed something in it, and it wasn't working for me and many others after that. This mascara does not clump, separates lashes and lengthens. Final results on me are flawless and natural. I am 59 and very fair

I'm 86... soon to be 87. I use the Champagne Glo Spackle with a squirt of LED from signature A. I've been stopped in Marshshall's and told I have beautiful skin. I have been told by much younger friends that "your skin looks great". I recently attended my grandson's wedding and overheard comments about my "beautiful" skin. I use glycolic soap, retininol, Hydorcolic acid and Vit C. Amoung my face regimen. No longer use foundation as I'm to old. I had acne as a young teenager and young wife and mother and had scars to prove it. Years of using a face brush and due deligence and altho I still have occassional breakouts my skin is in pretty good shape. I've been using the Spackle for over a year and only began using the addition of the LED. I have enough spackle to probably last as long as I'll need it. Thank you for a product that helps. I purchased all additional containers of Spackle on EBAY. I't usually cheaper.

Three times I've tired to purchase more concealer. 100 was out, so I bought 150, then 100 and 150 were out. Now only darkest share available. Can never use a coupon bc they never have product. Changed LG during pandemic thinking it would be easier - nope, harder.

Customer Service is dreadful; discounts and gift offers not provided, as stated online, text; rude, disrespectful company representatives; charge full price without discount on credit cards; Manager with authority to correct errors never available; deceptive and untrue statements made by company representatives regarding products, etc.; suggest another make up brand... you do not save... if discounted... with waste of time and money in attempting to get a fair trade.

Order placed in Feb 2022 tracking sent nothing arrived have sent emails with will resend blah blah still nothing sent and no refund, totally tired of this, will never have the urge or think this is good company again, so ticked! Please avoid at all costs!

I have bought every foundation from the most expensive designer brands to well priced drug store brands and continue on my quest….
I may have found it in a Laura Geller. I am in my 60's and fortunately have youthful looking good skin. I like a very light foundation that just makes my skin look better. I really like this Baked Balance and Brighten powder foundation. Application is so fast and easy and clean Also going to buy the illuminating one to try. Definitely recommend.
