I actually like the products. The ordering process is the absolute worst. Dishonest company. I ordered a large order on 40% sale, with expedited shipping. Never arrived. Contacted customer service. They send "form"responses, telling you there is nothing they can do to assist you, but feel free to reach out by chat. If you do that process, chat sends you to the same people in customer service, called " back-end department" now. It is a constant cycle of lies. No way to speak to a live person. I made a 22 item order and received 3.5 items. The.5 refers to a 2 piece set that arrived with just one piece. They could care less about helping. It's a scam company.
They do NOT have a phone number! The only way to communicate with them is through Chat. But, their website is so messed up. I could not sign in, change my password, or get the promotional code to work. It's very frustrating. I told the Chat rep, but they can't do anything but say sorry. I would recommend you purchase from Amazon that has excellent customer service.

So disappointed with Laura Geller. I did purchase the baked foundation and brushes; found I need to use other brushes to blend. Plus they offer great deals but too many products out of stock. I feel it is a type of bait and switch promo. Order 1 item and they "bait" you to buy other products even if you do not need. Laura Geller is a fraud.
I was disappointed. This makes me look gray.
Now that I see other disappointing reviews, I should have researched more. That was a lot of money to spend on 1 powder. Even dollar store emergency powders I have work better.
Be prepared to get the run-around from their customer service. The focus seems to be keeping the customer on the hook rather than refunding your money when your ordered products never make it out of the warehouse. I waited six weeks before I contacted them. Their tracking system never moved past " your order has been received " status even though I received a "your order has been shipped" message. This business is definitely not worth the headache.
Purchased this product recently and am very disappointed. After wearing it all day my face felt like it was on fire! Woke up the next morning and it was red and chapped. I felt like I had a sunburn. I wish I read reviews before purchasing this makeup. Their baked products contain toxic ingredients
If you have a question, there is no way to contact anyone. They have CHAT with an Expert 24/7...well that's not going to happen. I have written to them 2 times over the past month with no reply. Very disappointed in the way they run things.
I purchased the Baked Balance N Glow Foundation but it looked awful on me because it made my wrinkles more noticeable. They advertise easy return but I have reached out to them five times via email and leaving a message on their voice mail. Their response to my email is a thank you note for buying the product, encouraging me to buy more or advertising information. The voice mails were never returned. NOT ONCE HAVE THEY ASSISTED ME WITH MY RETURN! WATCH OUT! ITS DOESN'T SURPRISE ME THEY HAVE A 2.5 STAR RATING.
They're out of the eyeshadow I wanted to try. I ordered an eyeliner and highlighter, got confirmation e-mail stating my order had shipped several hours later I get an e-mail stating they we're refunding for the eyeliner as they ran out of stock. When I complained and wanted to cancel, oh you can't make any changes or cancel an order.? This company is a joke. Don't waste your time or money
I placed my order and they took my money on Feb. 15,2023. Said it would take 3-5 days for product to ship. I haven't received anything but marketing ads and a solicitation to do a review on the product I have received. Requested a refund and was told that once an order is placed they cannot cancel it or issue a refund. I would have to return the product to get a refund…if I ever get the product. THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING! HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!
Customer service is just terrible, to non-existent. Too long to process orders, if they really do. Sad.
They have an obvious issue with stocking the product they sell, an issue with fulfilling their orders, and an issue with getting orders to their customer in a reasonable amount of time. I placed an order 3 weeks and my one small item had still not shipped. Ot should not take a month to get something from the US. Customer service is no help.
I placed my order. Received the email stating 3-5 days to process. It's going on business day 7. I chatted with reps and they say it will be escalated, which means NADA. Then I get rest assured. I turned over to my bank to dispute. This is fraud. If you acceot payment for product/services, you have receive it, not receive the run around
I've been waitng a MONTH for my products. Have called customer service 4xs and told I simply have to wait. Unacceptable! They will also not cancel order and refund my money, even though the order is still unfilled. Contact Bank and put a fraud allert on my account so I can recoop the money I spent.
I can't review the actual product since it never made it to me yet. My order was placed on February 5th and nothing. When I reached out to customer service I was informed that it may take as long as 5 business days to ship. I finally asked for a refund since I'm now out of the country for 3 weeks but have heard nothing back. However, I am still receiving 3-4 Laura Geller marketing emails per day which is VERY annoying.
Between constant use of masks and a bout of rosacea from a suddenly manifesting post-Covid autoimmune problem, I started trying this powder foundation I'd bought and dismissed, as well as a pasty cc cream I'd also bought and dismissed. The cc cream covered the rash (as in Facebook photos of old people) and the Laura Geller foundation created depth and color. This also didn't rub off on my masks (!) which I am now relegated to keep wearing. The pressed foundation DOES cover. I bought a darker shade recently which highlights well. Rash is gone, but I now put on SPF 50 sunscreen, which makes my face white, but then this, which returns my skin to an even lovely shade, with the darker color used on cheekbones, etc as highlight. I never use liquid foundation anymore and when I use my little rotating derma brush to wash my face at night... there's not the awful towel-ruining residue of liquid foundation. So I've now bought an interim shade for summer and am trying the blush. Happy as a clam!
I have not gotten my product which I ordered January 31. I sent an email after 2 weeks. Asha emailed me back saying something happened in the processing of it. I was given a choice to cancel the items or have them resend. I really wanted the items so asked her to resend. I received an email asking about how I liked the product so I re-emailed and stated I still did not get anything. I have canceled which got no response. Bummed.
I agree with Cynthia B. In reviews here. I put it on and it just vanishes. I can still see my "flaws" and it covers nothing! I ordered the foundation and the blush and disappointed in them both! I apply the blush and by the time i get somewhere, it is just gone. No color to my cheeks whatsoever. Was upset i spent the money but i am not returning because I do not want the frustration of waiting for a refund. I told a few people not to even bother ordering it. The people on their website must use a primer or something to actually keep it on their face. Too light and airy for me. Plus when I went to "take off" at the end of the day there was no makeup on the tissue! Where did it go?!? Save your money.
This company never delivered my foundation it has been 2 months. I contacted their customer support at least 4 times full of empty promises that someone would contact me. They never did. Don't order from their site specially if you order internationally…this brand doesn't care about their customer and vide bad reviews which should alert you … big red flag.
Answer: To have it replaced with a different shade. What are the next steps to make this happen.
Answer: Yes My skin got blotchy and red. It is very itchy.
