This company tried to hire me to write this review as a five-star review. It is a scam app. It's a glorified stopwatch that charges you a lot of money and has no way to cancel your subscription. I reported them to the government for trying to hire me to write a fraudulent review, and if you're here for the same purpose, please do the same. Don't let them scam people.

It's a really practical app, I love it. I've been on many apps for a while trying to find the right one that would help my workouts and diet, and this is the one. It has great features such as keeping track of your fasting, checking in to see how far you've progressed, and if you have any doubts whether you could do this, there is an informative section that will clear away all of them and motivate you to make progress further. It also has a great food feature section where you could rearrange your daily meals, be up to date on what you're eating, how many calories are you consuming etc. Lastly, the best part of this app is the workout feature, which goes in detail day by day sketching out a workout plan for you including cardio, weight training, yoga, pilates, etc. Under the explore section which I love, you could talk to your personal mentor, check out other people's success stories, and interact with the community. Definitely a must!

I have been trying to cancel this company for the past three months, and they keep sending me messages about how to go to my Google app and cancel the subscription from there. However, I don't have a subscription; therefore, there is no way for me to cancel; they keep taking my money.

Lasta says that they make it easy to cancel but that is not true… After subscribing, I have tried to call their customer service phone number on several different occasions to ensure that I canceled before the renewal date. The company will send you dozens and dozens of emails in the short term and there is virtually no customer support whatsoever. I signed up for an inexpensive trial period & worked to cancel before renewal, and was informed today that because I agreed to the terms and conditions, and didn't cancel in advance of today, the renewal date, it was billed for a further six-month period. NOT happy. This is absolutely a scam and their non-existing customer service shows it. Additionally, they have blocked comments from being possible on social media platforms because so many people were complaining. Happy to share those screenshots of the commentary before they stopped allowing comments on social media. I wonder why!?! SCAM! Advice: READ THE FINE PRINT AND HOLD NO HOPE OF CANCELLING!

Hey all, Ive tried this a lot, Lasta is the app ive had success w. It's super straightforward and easy to navigate. I've always struggled with deciding on workouts and diets (it's not as easy as it looks), but this simplifies everything. It factors in your current diet and any changes you want and then gives you easy, step-by-step guiding. Change is hard this helps where my persistence falls short. It promotes intermittent fasting, which I already do and has made a difference for me. So, my true opinion is at least try the fast. But go all in for it.

This app feels like a scam I paid $10 when I got the app and it charged me $70 when it auto-renewed and they will not give me a refund, the app is no way worth $70! I went on once and you can track your fasting time and calories and they have some articles to read, it's absolute bull$#*! and I didn't use it again. There are so many free apps you can do this on.

I downloaded this app based on an IG advertisement and it looked pretty cool. They charged my card for the 1month subscription and then I got charged for a cookbook and longevity plan I never wanted. I have emailed to get a refund for everything. I do not like the app. It wasn't like what was advertised and I am getting the run around for why you cannot refund me. You claim there is a 30 day money back guarantee and yet you won't do it. I don't even know what the cookbook and longevity plan is. Never received an email for it!

Stay away from this app. I bought 3 months membership but want to cancel before the next bill is due in July and cannot cancel. Emails bounce back and the phone does not connect. Feels like a scam. Will be contacting my bank and gave complained to Google as well. STEER CLEAR!

I was looking forward to using this app at first, but my opinion of it completely changed when I tried to cancel my order. The tickets are not answered and the money was withdrawn from my account, even though I had made a request to cancel the subscription and was unaware that I was auto-assigned to the "premium" version. I have written about a refund and cancelling my plan, but the tickets are not answered and phone calls don't go through. This is a very untrustworthy app.
