The app has a lot of content, and if you are interested in fasting, there is also a fasting tracker, and different meal plans (Vegan, Mediterranean, Keto, etc.) I found it valuable, not only if you want to lose weight, but also if you just want to eat healthier and lead a healthier lifestyle, as there are different types of exercises.

There are more options such as tracking your daily calories, and daily water intake reminder, which I also found very helpful. It is user-friendly, so you can easily navigate through the app. In the Explore section, there are a lot of informative articles and mini-courses about nutrition, supplements, etc.

I have tried many fitness/tracking apps in the past and Lasta is a like a combo of them! The app is easy to use and flows well, I never feel like I'm trying to find something because it's right there. You can track your calorie intake as well as fasting times, water intake, mood, activity, and steps.
There are suggested exercises for your target area along with rep or time length.
AND so you don't feel alone, there are inspirations stories, reels, and an instagram community!
If you're looking for a fitness app that's actually fun to you, this is it!

I recently used the Loasta app and found it to be a valuable tool, especially for those focused on weight loss and fitness. The app's primary function is fasting, which I acknowledge as an effective method for weight loss. However, I personally do not prefer fasting, and having to choose this option was not ideal for me. Additionally, the lock screen feature was something I disliked, as it felt unnecessary and a bit intrusive.

I initially expected the app to offer wellness care functions specifically related to pregnancy, nursing, and menstruation. While menopause and menstruation are included in the app as informational knowledge, I believe these topics should be expanded into functional features to provide more comprehensive support.

Despite these points, I highly recommend the Loasta app to anyone looking to lose weight and improve their fitness. The app not only aids in getting into good shape but also includes a wealth of wellness knowledge that is essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Paid $30 for a six month membership, had an unauthorized second charge of $49.99 on my card. The only way to communicate is through email. They told me that I purchased a digital recipe book and that they could not refund it because I opened it. I did NOT purchase it and I did NOT open it. They either hide ways to charge you in the "continue" buttons during set up or they straight up run your card and make up an excuse if they get caught. Disputing the charges!

They are paying people to leave 5 star reviews on Trust Pilot, Site Jabber, and other sites. I bid on a job on a freelance site that was supposed to be to help create content for a wellness app and instead they wanted me to leave 5 star reviews on both sites to get paid.

I have emailed them at least 5 times asking to cancel and they offer me a subscription extension?! No means no! Do not get involved with this terrible company. Robbing people!

Like many others I have been robbed of my money from this app. I downloaded this app as I was peaked by its advertising from Instagram and decided to give the 7day $2.10 trial a shot in April 2024. Big mistake. Within the same day of opening the account and purchasing the 7day trial, I canceled (or so I thought at the moment) the account immediately. I deleted my account and app from my phone and did not think of it after the fact.

This was in April, 3 months later I noticed a $99.99 charge from this company when I no longer had an account, was not using any of their services, nor received any email or communication from them since I DELETED MY ACCOUNT VIA APP in April. Based from other reviews, it seems this doesn't guarantee canceling the subscription as they don't provide an option to give their consumers an option to cancel or discontinue their services. (Smells like a scam, moves like a scam, acts like a scam? You make your own conclusion)

I attempted to call the support number multiple times following their operating hours on their website immediately after noticing the charge and no response. (I'm pretty sure this phone number is automated to say no one is available at all given hours of the day no matter what their website says) I opened a ticket via email requesting a refund and they have been hesitant to give me my money back.

I can say for sure their service and support team have been incredibly distasteful, disappointing and straight up selfish. How do I get charged $99.99 twice when I don't have an account set up with them? ESPECIALLY after the fact I canceled my subscription twice!

I am out $199.98 and look to pursue legal counsel if I am not guaranteed my refund. This seems to be the common situation for everyone downloading this faulty "health and wellness" app.

I downloaded this app based on an IG advertisement and it looked pretty cool. They charged my card for the 7 day subscription and then I got charged for a cookbook on Monday of 49.00 I have written over 5 emails to them and NO RESPONSE. I have emailed to get a refund for everything. I do not care for this app. It's not even close of what is advertised and I am getting the run around for why you cannot refund me. You claim there is a 30 day money back guarantee and yet you won't do it. Even after 1 day of canceling the subscription. I went into my subscriptions and cancelled and they still charged my account. I already contacted my bank account. Sick of these people scamming and taking advantage of us.

Tip for consumers:
Their customer service sucks and they don't respond. They tell you, you have 7 days to charge if you don't cancel. Don't believe them they charge you in 2 days.

Don't get scammed by this company!

I bought the 7 days trail for 12 $ and it turned to authorized payment and they charged me 88.87 $ in three months and their emails went to scam and I couldn't see them and even they charged me two times in one they. They steal my money and they have to back all of them. They took about 1400$ from my account. If they don't return my money I will follow up with law.please don't sign up this app.

I downloaded the app to check it out. After looking at the app I was not interested. I did not purchase or authorize the app to withdrawal from my account. They took $41.87 out of my account. There is no way or option to cancel the subscription until you have been charged. Lasta is hoping you will not take action to get your money back or just allow your money to be stolen. I have been under so much stress because now I not even use my debit card because of this fraudulent company. You will not get an email to text to say a trail is ending or a charge to your account is coming like most reputable companies do.

I didn't even use the app. They took $41.87 from me and is not giving back. Don't download the app they'll charge you. I feel this company is a fraud. Easy to download hard to cancel the account. I do not recommend.

Lasta has been a huge help for my keto journey! It makes tracking my food super easy, so I can stay on top of my diet. The workouts on the app are awesome and really keep me motivated. I've seen amazing progress and feel stronger every day. The community support and easy-to-use interface make this app a must-have for anyone serious about weight loss. Totally recommend it!

This company tried to hire me to write this review as a five-star review. It is a scam app. It's a glorified stopwatch that charges you a lot of money and has no way to cancel your subscription. I reported them to the government for trying to hire me to write a fraudulent review, and if you're here for the same purpose, please do the same. Don't let them scam people.
