Stay away from this app. I bought 3 months membership but want to cancel before the next bill is due in July and cannot cancel. Emails bounce back and the phone does not connect. Feels like a scam. Will be contacting my bank and gave complained to Google as well. STEER CLEAR!
I was looking forward to using this app at first, but my opinion of it completely changed when I tried to cancel my order. The tickets are not answered and the money was withdrawn from my account, even though I had made a request to cancel the subscription and was unaware that I was auto-assigned to the "premium" version. I have written about a refund and cancelling my plan, but the tickets are not answered and phone calls don't go through. This is a very untrustworthy app.

Horrible customer service, I tried to cancel subscription on the app., and it keeps sending me to online assistant - who cant cancel - I have sent three emails -- no response now they charged me again. I called the phone number and they are not able to answer respond at this time.
There are other apps that are reputable, and have great customer service, do not use this you will regret it and spend alot of money! HORRIBLE

I signed up for the 6.99 7-day trial. Tried phone calling to cancel. NO ONE EVER WILL ANSWER. Charged me $99.00 on 4/26 (on the 7th DAY from 4/19).

It even comes up as a SUSPICIOUS SITE when googled.

This company is NOT trustworthy, zero communication and charges you for something you didn't even agree to.

Do not use this APP! They will not respond to you trying to cancel their service within the trial period nor answer the phone and they charge 99.00 every three months for a do it yourself app. I have tried to cancel via their support page to only get the same automated responses and recorded phone messages. If you have 400 a year to throw away then this will be the app for you! I want my money refunded! And to not be billed for a service I don't want! You can't even delete your billing options. From the app. They will rob you blind!

I downloaded this app from and ad and decided to pay the money for a 7 day trial and it said i could cancel anytime so i thought no problem i'll cancel it if i dont like it or pay if i do. The app didnt really work for me so after five days i decided to attempt to cancel the subscriprion and wrote a request through the app, mind you this was two days before i was supposed to get billed and so i thought i could cancel anytime. I was simply asking to unsubscribe and nothing happened no one contacted me until two days later where i got billed for the next three months. So i reached out again asking for a refund and to cancel since i did not want to be charged again in three months. I have sent multiple requests and i didnt get any response, despite the request status being "solved", which is not possible since i havent received any money back or even a response. I am now losing hope of being able to get my money back, even though i cancelled before i was supposed to be charged, but i would at least like to cancel the subscription so they dont continue to take my money for an app i dont use and am not happy with forever. The app looked really good, but this experience has been horrible and i just wish it could be solved, but theres no way to contact them other than through zendesk requests which are not being responded to. I am disappointed not only in the app but in myself for falling for their scam.

I opened the app never used it and I was charged $99.99 from my PayPal account. I left several emails and one came back stating they received the email but would get back to me. It has been 2 weeks no one has gotten back to me. I looked up and a lot if other people going thru the same thing. I want my $99.99 back.

I signed up for this service but never used it and forgot that I even had it until I saw that I had been paying for it for over a year. I tried every way to contact them but they refuse to give any contact info except for a mailing address. You can send an email about a problem with a specific feature of the service, but try to cancel and they total ghost you. No phone number, no chat service, no unsubscribe button... you are just stuck paying in perpetuity or going through your credit card.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I just feel I should warn people. I did a discounted trial for 7 days from an Instagram ad and began attempting to cancel the full plan 2 days into the trial. I still have not heard a word from anyone from Lasta after multiple tickets and emails. I panicked and had to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged for something I didn't want and had been VERY clear I didn't want. Twice now they have tried to charge me with different prices and luckily I had canceled so my bank flagged it as fraud. Horrible service. Do not give them your payment information unless you're sure you want to keep it for a VERY long time. At this point I feel like it's a complete scam.

I signed up thinking this app would be a great help to my lifestyle. WRONG. It's very limited in the foods you can add and not to mention impossible to cancel. I accidentally got the recipe book as there was no preview option and was charged 50$. I reached out multiple times and finally got a response saying auto renewal has been disabled for all orders and I won't be billed in the future. I check my account again today and here I am charged another 50$ for a recipe book i can't even use. It's impossible to reach someone. I am really disappointed and frustrated with this company. DONT SIGN UP!

I signed up for the 7 day trial and realized right away this wasn't for me. I tried for six days to get the cancellation processed. Finally I received a email informing me it was done. I think this program can work but I'd strongly suggest doing your research.

Great app with many features. One stop shop for health, wellness and fitness items. They provide everything from fasting clocks, recipes/nutrition advice, fitness tips/exercises. You even have the option to connect with an in app coach. The app allows you to enter your goals and adjusts your plan depending on what you're trying to achieve. Great functionality!

I have tried to cancel numerous times. I've contacted them with numerous emails.Tried to call their number that is associated with the charge.They have charged me 3 different times 3 different transaction amounts luckily only one of them went through but each time they tried to charge it went from 99.99 to 89.99 to 74.99. It is cause not only overdraft fees with my bank as well. As frustration with trying to contact them, they have reached out with email, saying that they would get ahold of me and 3 to 5 days to 24 to 48 hours and still no response. It is literally the hardest subscription to ever cancel. And I would not recommend it to anybody.
