Received notification of delivery, but with cameras throughout my property, there was no type of delivery attempt anywhere near the time frame noted. Of course, there is no way to get a hold of anyone "live" at Lasership and their email system is flawed with auto generated responses and absolutely no comfort in their "investigation" of the situation. Similar feedback to so many, i honestly believe my package was lost to dishonest employees who are aware of what certain packages may contain. Mine happen to be sneakers that are only won during a launch so is rare and would be a gold mine when in their possession.

Thieves and liars - and getting away with it

Four items ordered via Amazon for Christmas presents are marked delivered today by LaserShip and yet no sign of packages nor attempt to deliver, as i have been sitting right inside my front door all day. And their response via customer service is "the tracking status must have been updated too soon - if the items don't show up in a couple days, give us a call. I have a JD, and that is called F-R-A-U-D. What is the point of tracking items at all if companies get away with updating their systems with fraudulent information?

The worst part is that their name is smeared all over the internet, yet consumers have no choice in the matter when ordering, as to what service is entrusted with their purchases. C'mon, Amazon!

Snatch shipment

This company is crap. Customer Service based on Europe, don't see what in reality happens in facilities. Drivers works as Self-Employed subcontractors. They recently not received right payment so they snatch the goods. Facility staff do the same. LaserShip steal every second package from Nike, Adidas, Walmart but packages from Fashion Nova is most wanted. Customer loosing money, time and nerves. Sellers loosing customers and good reputation. Owner this crap shipment company is a thief as his employee.

I ordered from Fashion Nova. I was home by the door when I got a notification that the package had been delivered at 720pm. You have to get buzzed into my building and no one called me to buzz them in. There was no knock or anything to say a delivery was being made. I got the notification at 830 and when I went to look nothing was there. I contacted them and they emailed me the following:
"Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist.
There is no proof of them delivering anything. I have had a delivery from them before and they said the package was delivered only for it to be delivered the next day. This was not the case as it has been two days since the package was allegedly delivered.

Poor customer service

Package was lost a distribution hub. Was unable to speak with a service rep over the phone. Drove the the facility to attempt to pick up my package and was ignored by employees.

I ordered items to be delivered by Nike. Lasership was suppose to deliver it on December 3rd 2021. They didn't show up. They didn't call, text or email. I inquired about where my items were. A Nike representative said it was in the Lasership's warehouse. I email, tweeted and called. I received one response that said they were working on it. After almost a month of waiting and numerous phone calls to Lasership and Nike, with no one being able to tell me anything, I canceled my order. The next day, after cancelling my order, I received a texted and an email saying my items were delivered at 2:30pm on December 17th 2021 even though it was 12:30pm on December 17,2021. I wonder how they delivered something at a time that haven't happen yet. Lasership is the worst company I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with.

Never received "Delivered" packages
December 17, 2021

This is the second time I not received my packages I ordered from Amazon. My main complaint is that when Lasership delivers packages, they do not ring the doorbell alerting me that a package is delivered. Instead, they just leave the package at the front door, where anyone passing by can just come and pick up the package. This is what I suspect what happened to my package. Now I have to contact Amazon for replacement of items I ordered. If you call Lasership's number, the automated message says to contact the seller--no real help.

Delivery's steal packages

The most thieving and disgusting company I have ever known, the delivery men steal the packages, you send evidence and videos to the alleged managers where the delivery person never left the package and takes it away and no one gives an answer, as if they were all complicit, nor did they return you the money or the package, damn!

Lasership is obviously stealing your packages - I would do everything in your power to ensure they NEVER get their grubby hands on your stuff. Unfortunately, Nike uses them I guess? They stole / "lost" my kids Sneakers... claiming 1st they delivered them@ 1am on a Sunday night then again "delivering" them@ 8pm the following nite? I have a video cam, they never set foot in my yard, and obviously we never got our package. Their Customer service excuse was: Call Nike... useless

Lied about doorstep delivery

Lasership put packages in my usps mailbox. Usps is charging additional handeling fees for improper use of the mailbox. I am beyond sad. Please stop this Lasership.

Absolutely Horrendous

I ordered a product that shipped on 12/2. It delivered to my local facility on 12/7. It's now 12/16 and it's STILL at that facility. On 12/14 notes were finally added it's loaded but apparently not for delivery as it's still sitting there. And of course calling them is pointless since their recording states their reps only have the info we see. I mean WHAT?! How is that possible? Isn't the point of customer service to know more and have access to the right people/departments to get answers for the customers outside the limited insight we have access to? No company should use them as their carrier!

I will be filing a theft report on the delivery people from this company. Two different packages stolen by this company! How any company can in good faith use this company is BEYOND me. I will also be complaining to the BBB about them. Calling them leaves you on hold for over an hour because some many peoples packages are stolen it's a joke. How they sleep at night is beyond me. Stealing from people!

Liars and thief

If there was a no star that is what they would getting from me. I myself did not use this company, The company I purchased from choice to go through this deliver service. I would like everyone to know that I called and spoke with Franklin about my delivery he said that it showed delivered was done on 12/7/21 and that deliver hand delivered the package to a person. He told me I had to call merchant and talk to them. I explain to person for over a hour about my package was not delivered and that lasership said they delivered and that was that. Needless to say I am out of my money because merchant said it showed delivered so they wont refund or send me a new package. I explained to FRANKLIN that his deliver person was a liar and that this company were thief's. AND I am out of my money because there delivery person is a liar.

THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD!

Four times They lost my packages, three from Victoria's Secret and one from Under Armour, they have the worst service ever, not professional at all and bad customer service. I wish this company never work with shipping business. OMG! The worst one!

I order from bath and body I never received my package it showed delivered but never got it and I had to get a refund from bath and body and I will never order from bath and body again if my package can't be ship from FedX then I will not order

This shipping company has no accountability. I asked for proof of delivery and I got was a computer generated excuses. All I requested was a pic of my package delivered at my door like so many other shopping companies do these days. All I got was call the company I ordered from and see what they can do. I made the mistake of not checking they're reviews, if I did I wouldn't have placed my order knowing lasership was going to make the delivery. So I took my business else where and I'm going to spend my money on a company that does a better job. Don't use this company you'll regret it..

Should be Losership

A purchase made at a major retailer with a an expected deliver date about 10 days later, unfortunately, they shipped with this company. The distribution center, about 30 miles from my house, received my item within this time period. Lasership had my package for over 2 weeks. I called that center, no answer. Sent an email, no response. Contacted their customer service and they said that that center would call me. I even said I would go there and pick up my package. Nope never happened. Major retailers need to steer clear of this company,.

"Waste of my time"

I work at an apartment complex. Today someone from Lasership dropped off 7 packages to me and said he was not going to go to each individual apartment because "it was a waste of his time". I suggested he find a job that was not such an inconvenient waste of time for him, as it was now a waste of my time to do his job as well as my own for the day. Not impressed at all.

I placed an order with Kohls on November 17,2021. All of the $451.00 order was Christmas gifts I began to worry this week and contacted Lazership. The representative told me what I could see for myself. My package had been in Indianapolis since Nov. 20. I am 1 mail-day away from Indianapolis. Representative told me she had no more information and I should contact Kohls for a refund! These were Christmas presents! I don't want a refund, I want what I purchased!
