As a self employed Network Engineer/ PC & Laptop Specialist I can't afford to have delays or parts that don't fit or don't work. I've purchased several different types of screens from laptopscreen.com to repair everything from Compaq, IBM, Toshiba, Dell, and Sony laptops. The price has always been the best I could find, and the product is perfect! Easy Change out - all connectors fit perfectly, and screw patterns are spot on! - Thanks for providing such a good product at a fair price. I'll be buying more it the future!
Well not a spammer, but they sent out an email asking for customers to review them... so here's my experience. I have never ordered nor replaced a laptop screen before. I have 2 young kids and a laptop so you guess what happened. Anyway, did a google search found their site and didn't price check against others, just thought it sounded reasonable. So I watched the video on their site, and within a few days the screen came to my door, its hooked up and working fine. No problems at all. Now their site did scare me when it basicly said to double check with another site and make sure you are getting the correct screen. Made me wonder if their site new for sure that they had it right. Moral of the story... I am a happy customer now. If the screen was to fail later on I might not be but so far so good!
I'm not much for these reviews, But after reading some of the reviews It seems that some people blame the website for their woes. Like any other product that you order on-line YOU have to make sure you are requesting the CORRECT product. If YOU order the wrong screen you shouldn't expect the company to pay for YOUR mistake. I ordered two screens in September (I had to make sure that I ordered the correct product because there were 4 possibilities for one of the laptops). I received what I ordered, in a timely manor - and they were well packaged - And most importantly I saved over $65 over taking them to a local shop and having them repaired. I would definitely use the site again (Hope I never have to!) and I would also recommend it to my friends.
Bought a laptop screen for my Samsung R580-JSB1US on Monday 26,2011 and recieved it on Thursday 29,2011. My screen was easy to install and works just like the old one. Didnt have any problems with shipment and the site did everything that it said it would. I would recomend this site to those that need a laptop screen anytime for less than dealer price. Noticed a lot of bad reviews and looked this site up on BBB. They have 5 hits and all have been cleared. BBB gives them a A-. If you don't believe me look them up yourself.

My son ordered the laptop screen and install it with no problem. By ordering from this company and not from the company I purchased the laptop from and paying someone to install it, I saved a lot of money. I will order again in the future if needed.
Normally I don't do ratings for sites, but since they asked me to and I have some free time, I thought I might state my experience with them.
I broke my laptop screen back in February when I got up to do laundry, and I stepped on it. The screen was utterly destroyed, and since I knew Toshiba didn't cover screen damage in warranty, I had to buy a new screen.
After looking around on different websites, I finally decided that laptopscreen.com had the best price + shipping for the screen I was looking for (I'm a college kid on a budget, can't go around throwing money that could better go to books and paying off my future crippling debt!)
So I paid for the screen and the shipping and handling, and that next Friday (8 days) my new screen came in! I installed it myself because I didn't have the money to have a professional install it, and I have to say that it works good, but not as great as it used to. For one thing, the color seems a bit washed out (could be that I had my laptop hooked up to my TV for half a year), but that really isn't a big deal.
The second thing I noticed was that when I tried to change brightness settings, I had to think backwards because the brightest setting is really dim and the dimmest setting is really bright! I'm not sure if this had anything to do with the way I installed the screen, but I do think this should be noted.
All in all, they had very good customer service and a decent product to back it up. I know some of you had bad experiences with laptopscreens.com, but I will keep this site in mind if any other accidents happen. Hopefully they don't, but only time will tell...
Order a screen for my Asus G73. They shipped a 1600x900 by mistake instead of the full 1080P I ordered. I am glad this little mishap happened, I was able to get in touch with their customer service through the ticket submission system. It is by far the quickest reaction time I have ever seen from an online vendor, it was replied to within 30 minutes and my issue was solved in less than 5 minutes and they emailed me a return sticker and sent me the correct screen right away. The right screen arrived in 1 business day in perfect condition.
I was a little skeptical at first since there were mixed reviews, however after this pleasant experience I would recommend laptopscreen.com to any of my friends.
Well to be honest the site itself was pretty simple to use however it lacked intuitiveness. Certain details about the screens were written in an obscure fashion making it less obvious the differences between 2 screens shown on a page for example.
The screen itself was in good condition, shipping was fast and the screen was well packaged! I do have to report that I do notice one tiny dead pixel that appeared about a week after installing it, but it's not a huge problem for me considering the previous screen was totally shattered. If the screen fails altogether it'll be a different story! All in all, I'd probably order from them again, you can't beat the value... I spent $70 including shipping and my wife got a 2nd lease on life for her laptop.
Just as advertised and new screen arrived safely because it was well packed. Installation was helped by a cool website that showed step-by-step procedure. When completed, my laptop works great again. Price was fair and only time will tell if the screen was a good deal, but so far, I think it is.
My girlfriends' laptop screen got damaged. The laptop slipped out of her hand. I had just wiped the hard drive and reinstalled the OS and all her files due to a virus infection just days prior to this! Time for a new laptop? After all that effort!? I needed a new screen for my son's Toshiba laptop after he dropped it while walking around in his bedroom. I was very pleased to see the part was as ordered and it worked perfectly. I would definitely order from them again.
I woke up one morning to find out that my laptop screen had cracked. I took it to the shop and was informed that it would cost about $250.00 to repair, so I went home and searched the internet and found this screen. Wow what a difference in price, it only cost me $80.00, but I had to install it myself which was not difficult at all. My laptop screen arrived on time, undamaged, and very secure. I would recommend this company to someone else.
I ordered a screen with two day shipping on a thursday night. I figured it would ship on friday and be there by monday at the latest. I didn't get it until Thursday. The screen was good once I got it but the wait was enough to put me off.

I was able to locate the proper screen for my notebook pc with no problems. The screen was very reasonably priced. The screen was well packaged and arrived on time as promissed. I would use this site again in the future and would recommend it to friends.
When one befalls the unfortunate experience of having a broken laptop screen, that person would want to get a new screen that works quite quickly; my screen arrived less than a week after being ordered, shipping from across the country (that would probably be more thanks to UPS). The only problem was needing to take the computer apart, since I am not a certified computer technician, so I may have done some things less-than-perfectly; however, the important thing is that the screen works, which it does. Ordering and finding the right screen was simple.
This site made it easy to find a replacement screen for my Vostro 1500. The price was very good. The merchandise arrived quickly (Canada to the US) and was well packaged. This will be my go-to site whenever I need to replace a screen.
I don't know what the deal is with the bad reviews on this site, but my experience with the was good. Shipping was fast; good product; great price. No quarrels whatsoever. Should I break another screen I would happily buy from them again. Highly recommended.

Just to let you know, the washed out colors can be solved by running a monitor calibration through your graphics driver software.
