The screen came on time and in perfect condition. The only negative thing about this company is the presence of many scary disclaimers. Some of them do make sense but some (like the one that makes you responsible for all shipping charges even if you've received a defective screen) are not fare.

I repair computers. A person visiting the area who stepped on his laptop and cracked the screen was referred to me. I ordered the screen from laptopscreen.com. I had it in a few days despite the heavy holiday mail traffic. The screen was the perfect replacement. It was easy to find the right screen on the website. My customer was very, very satisfied! So was I. I know where I will get future screens. The price was very good as well.

Edit: I read some unfortunate reviews below. It's not a scam, not that I know of, and it worked for me. And I guess that might not be believable (haha I could be total bs) but, I don't know, it's worth it? I guess what I'm trying to say is I loved them :) saved me tons of money, and yes, I was unsure of them at first, but the thing is a $60 investment to potentially save buying a new laptop seemed, and was, a wonderful idea.

I cracked my laptop screen, 17.3 inch hp pavilion. Hp wanted $365 to replace it so i went online and found laptopscreen.com, i wasn't sure about ordering a screen on line, but but i did some research on how to replace a laptop screen, it didn't look to difficult to do myself. I ordered the screen from this company, it came when it said it would, it was packed well, it took me less than a half hour to take the old one out and put this one in,( something i've never done before) and i have had no problems with it. I would do business with this company again, the company sent me an email to this site that's why i'm writing this review.
Found great price and exact replacement LCD for my Dell Inspiron 1564 laptop. Paid with PayPal, unit arrived quickly and I had it in and up and running in about 30 minutes.
Due to a loose connection (mfg defect) the screen cracked from the inside. Mfg refused to honor warranty, and I ordered a replacement screen. It came within 5 days, and it works perfectly. When the local installer took the old screen off, he found the loose connection and advised the mfg. They apologized for not honoring the warranty and have recompensed by way of a new warranty to include accidental damage. Anyway, laptopscreen.com supplied a low cost, fully functional screen. I am a happy customer.

Terrible! If I ever need a new screen again, I'll be ordering it from someone local. Ever heard that Canadians are terrible business people? If not, just know that it very well may be true! Every single time I called customer service they were rude and had a very crappy attitude towards me no matter how nice I was to them. I also used all of their website guidlines to help me choose the right screen but I was guided to the wrong screen. They made me pay the shipping to return the wrong screen, plus the shipping of the correct screen back to me. That made a total of $45 in shipping alone! When I politly asked them to at least credit me one shipping charge, the message I got back was very rude and full of! Was it really nessasary for the customer service guy to write back with a message full of!? I don't think so. What an $#*!. Also, it took 9 days to get my first screen from them. I'll never do business with them again and reccomend that nobody else does either.

Replacement LCD screens for Laptops, Tablets and Phones


Customer ordered an LED backlit screen, although a CCFL backlit screen was originally installed in customer's laptop, and this two types of screens are not interchangeable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what screen Size, Resolution and Back-Light their computer has prior to ordering. EMachine E442-V133, as many other laptops, have shipped with multiple LCD options, and we list every possible option on our website. Both FedEx and UPS charge money to ship parcels from one point to another, and we do have to charge shipping every time an item is shipped. After carefully inspecting the support ticket conversation, we are not seeing any inappropriate or questionable replies, 5 out of 6 replies in the support ticket came-in in under 10 minutes.
However we do take customer service very seriously, and we would welcome any specific information such as exact call times and employee names to be submitted to management by contacting us at 1-855-630111 M-F 7:00am - 6:00pm.
