My tech told me to buy from here and gave me the model # and page I needed. Went there, ordered, checked out easily, paid, delivered in less than a week. Installed a few days later. No problems since. In retrospect, I ordered one initally from HP, paid 3x as much, waited 3 weeks, sent me the wrong screen, advised them I was returning it, still haven't got the return label to ship it back and get my credit. Yeah, I will be coming back to these guys if I ever need another screen.

My son had a broken screen on his Acer netbook. This was one of the few sites that had that particular screen available, and the price here was less than the others. The panel was shipped promptly and packed well. It was identical in every way to the original. The video instuctions on the web site were complete and accurate and allowed me to do this delicate job without breaking any of the very fragile plastic parts on this little netbook. I don't think I would have attempted this job without the videos as a guide. I was very pleased with the transaction and the product and would definitely order from them again.

I was looking for a specific LCD for my HP 8530W laptop and found their site through a google search. Most sites I found using the same criteria just dropped me on their landing page and I had to do additional searching just to find it was not in stock. laptopscreen.com dropped me right on the product page, gave me two options (glossy or matte), placed my order (cheaper than Ebay prices) and my LCD was at my doorstep a few days later. The LCD works great, couldn't be happier.

Our daughter's 4 month old SONY laptop was inadvertently dropped on the college dorm room floor and the screen broke. My husband contacted SONY about the repair - they quoted about $400 and suggested purchasing a new computer (surprise). She took it to the college IT repair facility. They sent an email with links for two new screen options. We chose one (crossing our fingers that this would work) and it arrived with 2 days. The IT genius replaced the screen (for no fee as they try to repair student's computers for free) and the computer works great! So for the nominal fee of the screen plus shipping (less than $80) the new laptop has been restored. Awesome service. Would recommend them or use them again.

I recently busted my LCD screen. After research on the net (Google) I decided to contact Laptop screen. Com. I called to talk to someone live as I feel more reassured this way. The attendant was helpful and I was sure of my purchase which I did myself on their website.
I made the purchase got several updates and got the screen. I learned how to change it on you tube. The change steps were verbatum the same in every step.
Net Net I changed it even though Im not good at this sort of things. I saved a bunch of money to the tune of $275 in saving. It would have cost $350 if I took it to the repair shop. It only costed me $75. Im super happy with laptopscreen.

Dropped Dell Inspiron laptop on it's edge breaking screen! Contacted 3 computer repair specialists each of whom advised "It is better and more cost effective to write off the laptop off and replace it. Spoke to 4th expert who advised buy a new screen and look on utube for video showing how to remove old screen and fit the new. Found a suitable video and then found laptopscreen.com. Service impeccable; cost very reasonable; postage reasonable; speed and quality of processing, packaging and delivery spot on. Laptop now as good as new at 15% of the cost of replacement. Enough said!
