Here's my experience:
I got up from my desk to close the door to my room because I didn't want any heat escaping (my heater was on and we all know how expensive it can get). I had my computer charging and when I got up, my foot caught on the cord and pulled my computer down off my desk. My laptop was also on it's case. Ironically I had just gotten a new case and thought that by putting my laptop on top of the case, it would be safe (I now know better).
Fortunately my hard drive was safe (thank goodness!), but my screen was beyond repair. I was using my desktop screen instead, and was searching cheap ways to fix my laptop.
I can upon laptopscreen.com and my first thought was that it was a scam. It looks like a free downloading site. I was EXTREMELY wary, but thought that $60 for the screen was an okay bet. It would either be a ripoff, which then I would write a terrible review warning others, or I could write a great review (it seems this website doesn't have enough reviews).
I ordered on a Friday evening around 8:00. The website says 3-day shipping and I got the screen on Wednesday! It came in a box that was in a bag that was in three UPS bubble bags. It was unharmed. I was so happy, but the next test was if it really worked.
Laptopscreen.com didn't have a tutorial for my screen, but there was one on youtube. I followed the video and in about 45 mins I had a new, WORKING screen! Installing the new screen was actually incredibly easy! (the thing that took the most time was finding the right screw driver to fit into the tiny screws)
It's now about two weeks later and it's still working without a hitch!

If I were to (God Forbid) break my screen again, I would definitely use laptopscreen.com.

I've seen some scary reviews on here too, but this was just my experience. It saved me a good couple hundred dollars!

I maintain a school network and repair computers, found laptopscreen.com by accident. Ordered two LCD panels, one for an HP G6 that received a healthy dunking of coffee and the other for an HP G72 with an LED inverter issue. Talked the laptop owners into replacing the OEM glossy panels with matte panels, received both in two days as promised, both work and look great! The matte panels are a huge improvement, customers could not be happier and I could not be more thrilled with the prices. I have purchased many replacement LCD panels from other suppliers but will not hesitate to use laptopscreen.com again.

I had a wonderful experience with the ordering of a replacement screen for my Dell laptop. I was shocked it arrived in less then a week - just 4 days from Canada to Pittsburgh, PA. I saved so much. Got a quote from Dell who was going to charge me $190 since it's out of warranty. I bought my screen for $54 total and watched a video on YouTube that showed me how to install. In total, I had my laptop up and running in 24 minutes and it works like the day I bought it. I will definitely buy from them again, if needed. Definitely recommend; no hesitation at all. Give them double thumbs up!

I ordered a screen and it did not work when I received it. I then had to pay another 15 dollars to have it shipped back and then another 15 to ship a new one. This screen has now cost an extra 45 dollars with all their fees to ship again. I would never use this company or recommend it to anyone. Their customer service is awful. Hopefully the new screen will work when I receive it. If not I'll take a hammer to it and send it back in pieces and write a bad review on every site I can. STAY AWAY!

I am a computer tech by profession and I work at a major airline in IT. When my daugher broke her VIAO screen I figured it would be hundreds of dollars to fix, because at my job whenever we have to replace a HP laptop screen it is so expensive that we usually scrap the laptop. So, I was very surprised to find laptopscreen.com had incredible prices. They provided EXCELLENT tools to determine which of 4 screens to buy. The price was absolutely AMAZING at under $70.00, including shipping. For this price I didn't care if shipping took 2 weeks, so I didn't count the days, but I got it much faster than expected. It was a couple weeks before I got around to fixing it, after the holidays, and the part simply went in and worked PERFECTLY. Not only will I recommend this site to my friends but all my future business for screens at my job will be from this company. I'd leave my email if you don't believe me but I don't trust the negative people who have posted here. You can always tell false claims by their rancor. What goes around comes around.

My daughter calls me from College in a panic on a Sunday - She says I messed up. I feel asleep with the laptop (4 months old) on my belly and if fell. Tells me that the screen is cracked...

NO biggie, I have the protection plan - I called Best busy to see what I could get done, they tell me to bring it in and buy another laptop cause the screen is going to cost more then the original purchase?!?! IT'S 4 MONTH OLD!

I found the Laptopscreen.com through a web search, ordered the replacement screen on Sunday and by Tuesday it was sitting in her dorm mail box. We had a local techy friend put it in in less then 20 minutes!

The price was beyond reasonable and the quality of service (when I called to change the ship to address) was excellent.

You can count on us purchasing again if there is ever a need for a replacement laptop screen!
