This was my second time replacing the screen on my five-year-old laptop. Pets are hell on laptop screens! Both times I ordered from the same supplier and recieved the product as promised. Replacement is easy for anybody who can use a screwdriver, and it's a lot less expensive than buying a new laptop.

Screen was defected would resolve the problem without making me pay more. Screen had defective pixels of bright light in the middle of it. I'm betting they will delete my negative review anyway to get a false positive rating on their feedback.

I initially bought an LCD screen on amazon but was a little wary of what I would get. I have ordered things on amazon before and gotten the wrong part, or parts of very low quality. The amazon seller ended up telling me that the part wasn't in stock, and it was somewhat of a relief. I am very glad that I paid a little extra to get an LCD screen from a more trustworthy source, and that I know that the screen is good quality. Laptopscreen.com also gave me a 3 year warranty with the screen (the amazon seller gave a year or less), which shows that they back up what they sell. I will be going to laptopscreen.com for future LCD purchases.

I ordered a new screen for my badly cracked Toshiba. Toshiba wanted $400 to swap. Found it for less than $100 shipped. This was for an improved IPS matte display instead of the low tech glossy original that had poor viewing angle. Shipping time over the holidays was prompt with great tracking info.

We will exchange any screen not up to the expectation of the customer. Customer did not contact support - customer submitted a PayPal dispute for something that usually requires a simple call or a support ticket note.
Customer was offered an option for discount, refund or exchange. Customer demanded free product to be send before they send back the unwanted item; as this was customer’s first order, not a pre-established relationship and because customer has decided to file a dispute with PayPal as their first step to obtaining resolution, the request for a free product was declined.
Customer accepted a discount on the transaction and closed the dispute. Customer is welcome to send their 1 dead pixel LCD back for a warranty exchange at any time during the 3 years from the day of purchase.
