When trying to reach salesperson on phone - Way too many recordings. Sales person called me back after reading message that I would like information on higher capacity battery for my application. Ordered high capacity battery & very satisfied with service, delivery, & product.
The battery I purchased is exactly like the OEM battery that originally came with my laptop. It works perfectly, as advertised. A bit expensive but I think everything is too high priced these days. The delivery time was exceptional(ordered friday night/received on monday). Five big stars for being a stand up business with integrity. Thank you.

I got a battery that wouldn't charge. I attempted to contact customer service several times with no success. Google had to get involved. Not satisfied at all.
Seems like a quality replacement very similar to OEM but less expensive. Downside is that it is also considerably more than most other non OEM replacements. I purchased from LBE because it was highly rated from another geek website. At this point I am happy with my purchase but would do more research next tiime especially if it doesnt last. Very fast shipping.

This company has been very helpful to me. I have been charging and then running battery several times as instructed to do. When connected to electric cord, everything is fine. When running my laptop only with battery, screen is extremely dim. I had hope doing the charging and discharging the battery after a while would be better, but no change. Also, in four hours can go from full 100% charge to 7%, for a 9 cell battery, would thought be a bit longer. Is there something wrong with this battery? Or should I just give it more time. Thank you.
