Thank you for including the YOUTUBE video to show exactly how to replace battery. This company is outstanding they 1st shipped to my address in Florida. I would have received my battery in 2 days; however, because there was a sub and my mailbox wasn't activated, she did not even knock on my door but marked the package undeliverable and sent it back to the company. After talking to the USPS rep and realizing what had happened, I immediately contacted Laptop battery, which they immediately resolved the problem without any extra cost too me. Always good and fast
This was the third online attempt at replacing my laptop battery. First company sent a defective battery and charged me $5 to return it. Second talked me into buying a charger too. I received a charger and a notice they were canceling my order. I wish this company would have been my FIRST choice! Fast, functional and reasonably priced! I will have and will continue to share my good experience with laptopbatteryexpress.com.
