The quality and clarity of your web site information and product information is superior. Finding where to click to check out needs some attention. Unfortunately the battery I received failed after about 5 hours but you were helpful in scheduling a replacement, we are currently awaiting arrival of the replacement.

Good so far--will wait to see how the product works before I can say more.

I ended up having to return the battery as it would not charge after a couple of days. However, John in Tech Support was a great help and is sending me a new battery. Great service! I will definitely buy from them again.

Your website is not friendly. When I want to check out I should not have t look for how. Bring it up for me! I almost quit three times. Also, I have to wait a moment for my words to appear on the screen, some are skipped and completely missed taking me twice the time required.
