Great product and service.
I paid an extra $8.00 to receive my order within 3 days, but received it in 4 days.
Site is not confusing if you have your model numbe--the battery model number, that is. I was unable to find my 3-1/2-year-old laptop on the site's list, so I searched for the battery instead and found it very quickly.
I had trouble navigating the site, possibly because I had not yet signed up...

No problems with shopping. Ordered from Laptop Express because of their reviews, prompt shipping, battery fit and was charged at 89%. It quickly charged to 100 %.
Haven't used it yet with battery only, but expect it to work well.
Feel confident that if I have a problem, laptop express would remedy it.
You can buy batteries for half this price but the cheapo companies have bad reviews on their products.
Just buy a good one and avoid the hassle of a bad one.

At first, it is a little confusing. You must carefully research your purchase "before" you do your order. Have to set up an account. Remember to look to Northeast corner of website page to find out about the account and order status.l
Over all it was a good transaction. I did have some difficulty at first with the purchasing process on the web page but I ultimately figured it out and was able to make my purchase. The product works as advertised.
