Fast delivery, easy install. The battery was a direct replacement.

The battery came on time and has performed as promised.

Was very easy, if everything works out with receiving the battery and its the right on and it works properly I will be very happy!

The website indicated that the products would be Asus. They were not. Also, the a/c adapter that was sent did not match the specifications that were on the order and packing slip. I ordered a 3.42A adapter and received one that is 3.92. The adapter provides power to the laptop, but it does not charge the current battery I had, nor the replacement battery I ordered.

Very easy to find what I needed and place my order. Order arrived before expected delivery date

The shipment took about 3 weeks to arrive. You might consider issuing confirmations that include tracking numbers or other ways to monitor status of the orders.

A poor lenovo design but that is not your fault.

Website was a bit hard to follow. After adding item to cart, I had to phone business to learn how to submit the order. It was not intuitively obvious; I had to look at the very top, instead of the bottom of the page.
