So far... very good! I've only had the battery a week. I was careful to condition it as instructed, so I have not had an opportunity yet, to judge its performance in real use.

It took me quite a while to find the (hopefully) right battery for my HP notebook/laptop. Numbers and letters on batteries difficult to read and compare; however, I did find what I think is the right battery.
