The battery on the Web site had recently been changed but the change was not reflected on the Web site when I ordered. Laptopbatteryexpress was happy to refund my order.
Ordered battery and satisfied that it was quick delivery.
Put battery in laptop computer and followed the instruction that came with the battery and the battery would never charge to 100%. Day by day it would never charge and as of 6-23-16 it was 22% and today 6-24-16 it was down to 10%...so needless to say I am not satisfied with the battery and have contacted Laptop Battery Express with this information and to ask for their input about this battery and I would expect a new battery or replacement.

The order and shipment process was easy.
However, upon receipt of the battery, it did not recharge in the HP charging system, so I am having to return the battery for full refund, as promised at purchase time.

After placing my order, I realized that I overpaid for the battery. Other places have much better prices. Next time, I will do better shopping.

Product was easy to find and included a very detailed description. For a computer that is quite a few years old, I think the price of battery is a bit high, but if it performs well I guess it is worth it.
