Universal power supply was supposed to come with 10 different tips for most brands of laptops. Only 8 were in the package and the missing tips included the one for my Dell laptop.
I emailed the company and they very promptly mailed the missing tips for the Dell. I don't know what the other missing tip is for.
Buying and delivery was fast and easy. Unfortunately, I received a 3 year old battery that charges to 91% of its rated new capacity ands doesn't substantially improve on the one it replaced. Not cool.

It was easy to find the battery I needed and the price was lower than other places I checked. I was very surprised how fast I received it. I will definitely use Laptop Battery Express in the future.
I received my battery order however, when I installed it in my laptop and followed the directions, the battery did not hold a charge.
Switching into bag and then into checkout did not work well and I had to start over. Would not accept order because you said that net address already had an account. I cannot recall anything about it, so I had to substitute my wife's account, a needless complication.

Great product. Seems to be functioning as it should in the first few days.
I was glad to find a site that had customer reviews. So many have only basic information that I was left wondering about the validity of the product. Not only does this one have customer reviews but it also has so much more info and tips about the product. I was very hopeful that the battery I purchesed from here would be as great as the reviews showed. But when it came I found that the plastic 'lining' (I guess you'd call it) was wonky, and then found that it didn't fit in my computer. I ended up having to punsh pretty to get it to fit, and it finally did, but I was pretty bummed at the cheep quality that it appears to be. I don't know it this is how all the batteries are, but if they're not, I don't know why mine was.
