I had a problem selecting the proper laptop battery. When I left a message for a call back, Tom called the next day and helped me very much. He provided the proper information and when I placed the order, I used the discount code Tom gave me which helped me save $5. I am very pleased.

I am rather frustrated with the shipping rates you are applying.
I would have purchased 4 batteries in total, but the shipping option provided and according price made the batteries so expensive that I only order the one essential extended power battery. I can get the others shipped to me for free
I received the battery I ordered swiftly. Fedex charged dearly for that so I guess that could be expected.
Review, I am running the battery in a Toshiba S70. Despite having a very extended power period due to being a double power pack I do have one very frustrating issue. Windows 10 doesn't show the length of remaining battery power in either hours and minutes nor in "%" which means I have no idea when I need to charge the battery...
I tried the windows options towards reboot and reset of battery power plan options but the battery power remains being "calculated".
