Found my battery quickly at what was a much better price than from Dell. But later on I found I could have gotten the same strength battery at an even better price.
Good and Clear Service. The only concern I currently have is that my PC is showing that the battery is degraded (Critical) and needs to be change.

Easy ordering for a hard to find extended capacity battery with decent prices. Perfect fit for my 10+ year old laptop. Instructions on conditioning the battery for maximum life is a plus.
Fast with delivery
So far, so good... battery has yet to last 6 hours as advertised. I expect longer runtimes as I cycle the battery, but don't believe I'll get 6 hours.
