Received my battery in a timely matter. Read instructions, turned off my laptop, installed the battery, turn it back on to charge. It did not charge! Battery did not lock in correctly! Got 100% charge now after making sure the battery was locked in.
Easy website with good descriptions and tips.
The first battery did not fit. It keeps falling off my laptop. Mr. Rolfe right away sent a replacement from a different batch and the second battery fits perfectly. I have already sent back the first battery yesterday. The replacement battery now works and fits perfectly. Thank you for a superb service!

Good product
It took a long time to find the battery I needed. Using my computer model name just wouldn't work. The only way I could get a battery to show up was to type in a battery number, which I didn't have, because I had a generic battery. I am new so will wait and see on the fit & service life, as you may deserve a higher rating than I gave you.
I have since received the battery, and it fits perfect. I am now following the instructions for conditioning the battery, so I'll see what kind of service it gives me. So far I'm very satisfied.
