The recommended battery was not correct when searching by laptop name, ELITEBOOK 6930p. Additional searches using several HP numbers from the bottom of the old battery revealed more battery options, one with matching battery specifications.

I have installed the replacement battery and all seems fine with my laptop. I was pleased at how easy the check-out process was and how quickly I received the new battery in the mail.

Left a message for support and never got a call back. I ordered a battery and they called me to tell me it was out of stock. Battery works good. Price is high.

Quick, Easy and Fast.

Delivery was fast, followed the charge / discharge instructions for a new battery. Unplugged, the battery has been good for up to about 1 1/2 hours.

Couldn't get PayPal to work right but the order went through fine with a credit card. The battery life is 2-3 hours but it works and charges up completely.

Shipping and presentation of product were great. I bought this as a Christmas gift so I will have to update once I get it installed.
