So fast and no hassle

In a rush to solve the problem, I failed to see the symptoms. Connect the new battery, charger and then turn on the computer switch will start a 7 second POR sequence and the computer system will turn itself off, just like the older battery. The female side of the charging socket was found to be broken/intermittent.

Placing an order screens are difficult to process. Had to place order at least 4 times to finally get it correct.

None of the tip adapters included with the powerbank kit fits the power port for my HP pavilion touchsmart notebook.

Process was simple and easy.

Haven't put the battery in yet, but the buying experience was excellent.

Quick, easy, informative website. However, the battery did not work for me. My laptop is the reason, not the battery, we think. I hope to be able to figure something out so if I need to reorder I can do it here.

I am very pleased with the service and the total shopping experience with this company. They do track orders internally and notified me of a glitch wth my order and that it would be shipped late and when to expect delivery. I call that good customer service.

Battery has lost 5 capacity after completing 5 charge cycles.

Had to call customer support to verify if my selection for a laptop battery was correct. Came on the line very quick and explained the differences from my OEM Toshiba battery and what they are selling now as a replacement. Was very happy.
