Upon receiving my order I noticed that the battery capacity was incorrectly stated. Instead of the ****mAh pack I received a ****mAh pack. If I would have known this I would have purchased the battery thru Amazon where for $** more I could have bought a ****mAh pack. I did not contact seller however as I has already opened the pack and needed to use the battery. That said my general shopping experience was OK as they did ship very quickly. I am just upset that what was advertised was not shipped. It was however a very old laptop and this battery was hard to find and assume they sell very few thus website updates on this product I assume don't happen much at all.
Good explanation of products.The only problem I had was the new battery did not snap into place very good. Like the added height to computer that this battery brings for better ventilation. Good buying experience would highly recommend.

Check out process is a little confusing
This was purchased as a gift and I have not yet received confirmation from them as to whether it is the proper battery for his laptop. I am hopeful that if an exchange is necessary, that Laptop Battery Express will take the steps necessary to ensure the proper exchange, if needed.
Product received on time and in good condition. The fit is a bit more snug than was the original battery. After a week, it seems to work fine. However, there needs to be more time to evaluate it fairly. I did appreciate the info' sheet that came with the battery. All in all, everything is good so far.
Only wish was that the tool kit included had the driver for the exterior case screws. Other than that... great!

Purchased battery for Apple MacBook Unibody. Battery was slow getting here because of CHRISTMAS holidays and storms. Had Priority Mail 2 Day but took a week+ to get here.
Battery came with the two special screwdrivers needed for the replacement. It was easy to replace the battery, just take your time and put the screws you remove in a safe place. No installation instructions with the battery so had to use another computer and got some good instructions on line. Not all of the holes would line up on the battery, so got out a small rat tail file and elongated them to enable the screws to go back in straight. So far, so good, battery seems to be working fine. The battery came with two different conflicting sets of instructions for initial charging. No help on line for this, as there are many different thoughts on the subject. Good luck!

Easy to find what I was looking for. Prices are pretty good. So far so good for my first order. Delivery will be the key factor. Delivery was excellent much faster then I expected.
Trying to pay with PayPal led to a not too user friendly do-loop that did not let me finish order with your site until the 3rd try. Site should offer more seemless sync'ing with PayPal payment option. At first I was concerned I ordered twice then found out I didn't complete the order the first time. PayPal says to complete the order with the vendor but does not send you back to the correct ordering page. Since I wanted to pay with PayPal I selected Checkout with PayPal a second time - which was a mistake. Should have just gone to Checkout.
Battery arrived on time and appears to be working fine.
