The website experience is good. Product arrived in good condition and in timely manner. When I put the battery into the laptop, it did not seem to be an exact fit. I had some trouble getting it to lock into place, but eventually it did. It sticks out just a hair beyond the back of the computer. The battery charged well and seems to hold the charge for at least several hours. The battery monitor on the computer indicates that the battery is working normally. I am slightly disappointed in the fit, since this was one of the more expensive replacement options (other than through Dell). This caused needless anxiety that the battery was not quite right and might damage the computer if forced into place. Other than that, performance seems to be acceptable, but I have only had it for a week.

Without question I knew I couldn't go wrong choosing your product and services. When my battery arrived only 2 days later (I used 5 day shipping!), I had some trouble initially. I don't know if something happen during shipment, but the new battery arrived with 0% charge and it wouldn't hold a charge. A quick call to your friendly and knowledgeable customer service helped me determine it wasn't due to my old laptop rebelling the new power source and had a new battery on its way with a return postage paid label for the damaged/defective battery. I didn't have to wait to make the return before a new battery could be shipped! I really liked that a real person answered the phone, too, and was prepared to help me without transferring my call or placing me on hold. Now the new battery is here with 80% on arrival and happily charging in my laptop this very moment. I'm so pleased and 100% satisfied. Upon receiving my order I noticed that the battery capacity was incorrectly stated. Instead of the ****mAh pack I received a ****mAh pack. If I would have known this I would have purchased the battery thru Amazon where for $** more I could have bought a ****mAh pack. I did not contact seller however as I has already opened the pack and needed to use the battery. That said my general shopping experience was OK as they did ship very quickly. I am just upset that what was advertised was not shipped. It was however a very old laptop and this battery was hard to find and assume they sell very few thus website updates on this product I assume don't happen much at all.
