Batteries were easily identified and website is user friendly. I ordered an international adapter for 2day shipping and someone from the company was afraid I was expecting it to arrive a day earlier than possible. A courtesy call to me to make sure I wouldn't receive the shipment later than I needed was a nice surprise. The batteries arrived nicely packaged and have worked beautifully so far.
