Frankly, Laptop Battery Express sells GARBAGE parts and RIPPED ME OFF. Plain & simple Laptop Battery Express ripped me off for about $100. In 2016, they sold me 2 high priced replacement batteries that never worked properly & again FORCED me to pay another shipping fee to replace one of the batteries that ALSO did not work. They made it clear they would not make this right. Customer service and policies are designed to TAKE YOUR money for GARBAGE parts

Great service and fast delivery
Payment process locked up several times attempting to pay with PayPal. Lockup happens upon clicking PayPal payment option which brings up a blank box. I was forced to use debit card which I try to avoid using when shopping online.
This is my second order for a laptop battery for two different laptops. The first order took a long time to get to my USPS box as if the UPS Sure Post did mess up. However, I received the order and it worked great! I received my second order today well packaged. I installed it and it works great. Based on my experience, LBE should be the first place to go for any laptop battery. The computer manufacturer could supply only a reconditioned battery, at almost three times the price of the one I bought from LBE. Another company billing itself as a battery specialist had laptop batteries, but did not have mine, nor could they order it. A big box electronics store did not even have batteries, but claimed that they could order them. I didn't bother.
LBE's ordering process is simple and efficient, delivery was precisely as promised, and the battery life is longer than that of the original. LBE is how business ought to be done.
The exact battery I needed was in stock. However, I was impressed with the upgraded batteries available. I bought the biggest battery my laptop can accept and I could not be happier. The delivery included screwdrivers for quick and clear approach to battery replacement. Instructions also accompanied the battery for charging, discharging, etc., for best battery life. Battery is performing wonderfully. This is in stark contrast to an experience with a battery purchased previously through a different company that did not provide advice and did last even a few weeks.

Package arrived damaged but battery was not damaged. Called and spoke to a very nice representative. She made note of my call and asked me to call back if I had any issue with the battery.
