Ordering the battery for my computer was quick and easy. The only problem I had was not laptop battery express' fault, it was the delivery. I received it Sat after being shipped Monday, and the package was a torn up mess, from the USPS. When I called to inform of the condition of the package, the return response was quick and clear.
