Battery arrived 90% charged with great directions on how to condition it. Installed it, charged overnight and ready to go with great run time.

Ordering the battery for my computer was quick and easy. The only problem I had was not laptop battery express' fault, it was the delivery. I received it Sat after being shipped Monday, and the package was a torn up mess, from the USPS. When I called to inform of the condition of the package, the return response was quick and clear. So thank you very much, looking forward to using the new battery and not being "plugged in".
