First experience with this merchant/website. So far, so good. Follow up: received product in 2 days as I paid for 2 day shipping thru USPS. Battery fit my Dell laptop and charged up as expected, but it's only been a week. At this point, I'd recommend Laptop Battery Express, but will have to see how the battery holds up.

Battery was slightly more expensive but appears to be better quality. I did appreciate all the information regarding battery life and quality of materials as that clarified the difference in price.

As this is a gift, I have not used it.
