Received battery; however, have not had a chance to test it. I will attempt to test it with the next week or so.

The item that I received, a battery pack, does not fit in my laptop.

I was very happy that this battery worked correctly right out of the box. I bought a non-oem battery that was defective and I was sceptical that it was something wrong with my laptop. Thank you for the quality of the product.

Very clear and easy to use web site. Even though product is likely made in China, at least I am dealing with a North American company (Canada) with good grammar and BBB rating.

Not the fault of the company, but my order sat for two days twice during transit by UPS. It came from Canada quickly, but was held up at two places after it reached the Los Angeles area. I could have saved money by NOT paying for expedited shipping.

I am very happy with the overall experience and delivery time. The product was correct - I had it professionally installed. HOWEVER, the battery will not charge more than 82%. My computer expert who installed it had suggested I unplug the computer, let it run down to 20% or so, then replug it to impact the battery memory. But it will not charge above 82% and this is pretty upsetting. Appreciate any advice.
