I was very happy that this battery worked correctly right out of the box. I bought a non-oem battery that was defective and I was sceptical that it was something wrong with my laptop. Thank you for the quality of the product.
Very clear and easy to use web site. Even though product is likely made in China, at least I am dealing with a North American company (Canada) with good grammar and BBB rating.
Not the fault of the company, but my order sat for two days twice during transit by UPS. It came from Canada quickly, but was held up at two places after it reached the Los Angeles area. I could have saved money by NOT paying for expedited shipping.
I am very happy with the overall experience and delivery time. The product was correct - I had it professionally installed. HOWEVER, the battery will not charge more than 82%. My computer expert who installed it had suggested I unplug the computer, let it run down to 20% or so, then replug it to impact the battery memory. But it will not charge above 82% and this is pretty upsetting. Appreciate any advice.

Although I was able to locate the battery replacement that I need, and place an order I had to call to find out why my battery has not yet shipped. Their website boasts fast shipping (within 24 hours), yet I had to call to find out that my battery was on back order. I was told this was due to COVID-19, and that the info is on their main page. When doing a Google search for an item, you don't get to the company home page. I feel as if I should have received an email advising of the delay in the very least. Will NOT use again or recommend.

It works and it extends the battery life of my computer as compared to the old worn out battery. As stated in the title, a couple of the tabs that have the screw holes were broken but it still stays in place just fine. Now all I need is a replacement CMOS battery.
I thought I was ordering a replacement battery for a roomba. It fits the roomba but after trying to charge it about 6 times, it wouldn't take a charge at all, just a red light and error. I took it apart and cleaned the connections, reinstalled and it seemed to take a charge?

Checkout was tedious for paypal order. Product was delivered in a timely fashion and seems to be of good overall quality with the exception of the wire being just enough too short to make it an awful experience getting it installed. I had to remove the hard disk and gently heat the battery leads with a hair dryer to get it to fit into the socket. Once done, it appears to be functioning normally but a ten minute job took close to an hour and a lot of frustration. Even an additional 1/16 inch on the wire would have made things a lot easier.
A little on the high but if the product exceeds expectations than its def worth it!
