My experience with Lampeez was a success. I emailed customer service about my delivery and they responded very quickly. My order took 8 days and being this close to xmas was great! The product is very simple and not exactly what I was hoping for but the for $ 50 what do you expect! Ill buy from them again!
So far I have ordered 6 lamps two for me the rest for gifts. I think they are beautiful. Shipping was very fast, was well package. I sent a email about a small problem and was asked to send a video. It was just a couple days ago so I'm waiting for a response. I'm sure I will order more. I'm hoping they last a long time mine are on 24 7
I purchased this as a gift for a fellow yogi and she loves it, raves about how it emits all the colors of the chakras.
I bought a penguin lamp for a gift it is absolutely great it's exactly what I expected it came quick packaged well and exactly what I ordered I would definitely order again from them and recommend them to other people as well
I got this for my nephew who has everything and is obsessed with hockey. The worst thing happened though, the package was stolen from my porch. Lampeez found out and sent me another one. They didn't have to do that! What a great company to help me like that, reminds me that there are good people/companies out there.
I love the product, and I think the Grandkids will too! I wish I had seen the note not to touch the item with bare hands. Is there a way to clean it?
You oder, they take your money & never ship the items. When you inquire about shipping your told the lamp is no longer in production. I'm still waiting for a refund and having to start legal action. The company has been reported to the US department of Consumer Protection as well as BBB and other agencies.
Bought the globe for my adult son. I like that it doesn't take much space. The change of color was a surprise. I was expecting the color that I picked. I would definitely recommend this product.
Bought 4 lamps from company one snapped in half ( guitar) others I now am very careful handling. What is frustrating and annoying is the number of marketing emails from them. They are supposedly from customer service but are in reality spam emails which despite multiple requests to desist have not. I do not understand why a company would want to aggravate an already established customer that has resulted in no longer any interest in purchasing from them. Also there appears to be no option to contact by phone so when you do not respond to emails makes this a bad company to deal with.
DO NOT buy from these people. They make their lamps look a lot better online than they actually do. They are made of cheap and poor quality materials. The lamp I ordered for my niece was a very small plastic base with a slot on top for the plexi glass mold of a unicorn head to sit in. This is the worst I have ever been screwed and I will NEVER buy from this place again. Save your money people. I paid 60.00 for a few pieces of plastic. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Recently I purchased the Elephant lamp for a gift. The person I gave it to was very excited how it looks almost real. Delivery was fast and arrived in perfect condition.
I ordered this baseball lamp for a gift and was pleasantly thrilled at how well it was made and the overall appearance of it. Fast shipping and packaged well. I was so impressed I ordered again for someone else. I will shop this place every time I need a gift that really wow's!
I did not know that my order will not go out until after a month! Kind of makes my choice of express shipping worthless. Probably lost a customer and now have a person who is sharing their story!

Love the idea of the illusion lamp, but my overall experience with lampeez was horrible and disappointing. I paid for express shipment to receive in 3 days. Two weeks later it was delivered. I kept emailing them, since no telephone number for contact and the only thing they emailed to say was "We are sorry for the delay". I didnt cancel the order because they wasn't offering a full refund. They was going to charge me for restocking fee and I would've had to pay a cost for cancellation. Please do not order from this company. Buyers beware.
I've bought two of these lamps as a gift for the same person. She loves them both and uses them daily. Will definitely recommend and be purchasing more in the future
Charged for lamps never received. Emailed times three asked for credit back to card if items were not available. None received.
