I got my dress and was literally ripping the box open I was so excited. The excitement only last for a few seconds. The dress was horrible! There were strings coming off of it everywhere. The dress did not come close to what the picture looked like.
Dont bother even trying to get a return. Ive been emailing them all morning and every resposne is the same. "We did do the dress thats in the picture. Youbhave to understand that there will be some differences in the picture and the actual dress." Ok i get that but not look like the cheapest imitation of it. It doesnt even look identical to it. I tried to have friends that can sew help try to salvage it but it was no use. The dress it self is better as scrapes. Please do not be blind and go by the few reviews that say the got such an amazing dress... no they didnt. I guarentee it. This site is a joke and i lost close to $300. The best part is... i have no time to fina another dress for my wedding. Thanks for nothing!
I attached 2 pictures. One of what its supposed to look like and one of what i got. The loose strings were ridiculous! There was so many and careful trimming them is making some of the stitching come out. Poor poir quality

I purchased a prom dress for my daughter. The dress came and unfortunately was too small. I packaged it up right away sent an email to the company for return information and ordered another one just like it in a larger size. After multiple emails and pictures proving the dress was too small, I was told; there is nothing wrong with the dress. It's not fair they have to take it back. Sell it to one of my friends. Mind you I already bought another dress, so the company did not loose anything from me. I am just sick and I hope no one else has to deal with this. Rest assured I will never use this company again and I hope who ever reads this thinks twice as well!

The dress is absolutely stunning, the colour is perfect, style is perfect, did feel a little big around the waste but that's my fault for measurement's but overall so impressed, i was scared because of the bad reviews and the pictures of the dresses people had received but this dress is perfect, I cant thank them enough, it was £100 overall and it looks so much more than that. Did come in a packet though which I was a little disappointed about because it came creased but that can be fixed by ironing, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The dress fits perfectly and is stunning for prom! I got a size 6 in dusty rose. I'm almost 5 feet 9 inches and was wearing 2 inch heels in these pictures.

This dress was our first ever order from LaLa Mira, We were a bit nervous but the dress arrived very quickly and it was absolutely perfect! We had ordered a custom size for my daughter and it fit her perfectly. She wore this dress to her First Holy Communion and it was, by far, the prettiest dress in the entire class!
