I ordered my wedding dress and basically received a defective dress that was poorly made. After numerous emails back and forth and pictures of the area pointing out the defect they still would not work with me on returning the dress. They took zero responsibility and said to give it to a friend or sell it locally, very unprofessional. When I pointed out the defects, there response was COMMON SENSE you never receive the exact pictured product which I am well aware of that. A wedding is a very special day and I would not give this dress to my worst enemy. People just so you know you DO NOT have to take the loss for a faulty unethical company that does not honor its own return exchange policy. If its any help to anyone take all necessary action to get your money back. I took this up to my CC company and they took care of it.

The dress was made better than I thought that it would be. I got a dress off of another web site and it was cheaply made. This dress was not. I was really impressed with it and the quality of it. I will be buying more dress off of here.

I ordered a wedding dress from Lala mira. After seeing some real reviews to I realized that I would not be happy with the dress. I canceled my order for the dress the same day I made the purchase. Within 24 hours I received a confirmation that the order was canceled. A couple weeks later I received a dress in the mail. I explained to the company that there was a mistake and sent them their confirmation of the order being canceled. I asked them for the return a dress to send the dress back for a full refund since it was sent by their error. I Offered to pay my own money to send the dress back. The box is still unopened. They responded by saying it was not their fault and they will not accept the dress back for a return. They are a scam. BEWARE!

My daughter recieved her dress for prom 2019. It took 4 weeks to deliver from the date the order was placed. We were nervous because of all the mixed reviews on other websites, but we were pleasantly surprised. The dress was heavy and well made. It fit my daughter very well. The bust was a little too bit but we knew it would be when we ordered so we are just getting a local Taylor to take it in a little. But other than that the dress is just beautiful.
