Today I received the BEST customer service from this shop maneger. I was trying to an order I already placed. She went the extra mile to ensure it could be done and get to me within my needed timeframe. When I had to suddenly disconnect our call, she promptly called me back to follow up and left a message. It's RARE to get someone to go above and beyond these days. This wasn't my first time getting great service from them. I love the clothes but the customer service I get makes me keep coming back.
I began as a customer three years ago and go there to get all my clothes - they have grown exponentially since that time and have only gotten better. I LOVE their Deliano collection that they make right there. It's so original and cute. They ship super fast and were always professional. Now they have become like family!

I ordered a month ago and did not receive anything to this day. Filed a Pay Pal dispute, but they have a lot of BOTS answering the dispute.
Update: I finally received the order, but the fabric is NOT LINEN as they advertise, but POLYESTER/SOME COTTON. Beware, what you get is not what is shown on the pictures.

Love this store. Most of the clothes are for the young teens and young adults. S, M, L run small and shrink once dried. But good buys. Oh yeah shoes, and more shoes! Fun place to shop!
The collection is mind blowing! There has never been a time where I walk out of the store empty handed! The price is so reasonable and the quality is amazing! I have been wearing a pair of silver heels which I bought from here for over 7 years now! Love them!
Will definitely visit again this was my first trip. Restrooms could have been nicer and more cleanly but still food and service made up for it.

A few months back I stumbled upon this wonderful store. From what I understood from others, in the past it had been a bit difficult to maneuver. However, the more than helpful sales' staff informed me that they have worked very hard to arrange all the clothing by designers and brands. I don't know what it was like before, but it works for me! The pricing is awesome and there is a DESIGNER SHOE ROOM! Gotta love that!
