I had no success in getting a return address. I am stuck with items that I don't want and no refund. They haven't even sent me everything I ordered. There must be a way of warning other people not to use this website!

You must contact them and they will send you a return label and it is in CHINA only.
Ridiculously expensive probably will cost you more than your purchase to return.

I would love to know it too. I have some items to return but am not getting any responses from LA Heroina.

No I tried several times to get it by email. I am not the only one. I suspect that, the company does not provide it for fear of been prosecuted via the local UK Consulate.
