Good luck, I don't think you will ever be able to return as the label return address will never be provided, inspite of several attempts to obtain it via email. At the most they offer a 15% refund, but they add that you have to pay return transport (ok in principle) plus customs duties for Chinese goods returning to China? Their Return/refun Policy on line does not say anything about Customs duties and only offer the name of the town in China: Guangzhou. You could try and report it or seek advice at local Chinese Consulate. My simpathy, I was also fooled
