Highly recommend a tour of the factory to see the old machinery at work. Fantastic, friendly staff, and the quality of garments, and clothing is second to none. You will struggle to not want to purchase some of the amazing products they sell.

We had a great tour guide who really knew his stuff and educated us on the selection, dying and manufacturing process. I liked the products already but this gave me a whole new appreciation for the craft!
Worst product I ever purchased. Was supposed to be linen, was more like cheap cotton, very thin material, and see thru. Their return policy is awful, and items need to go thru customs on the way back to China. Delays, delays, delays. Took 6 weeks to get my merchandise, just to be dissatisfied... and the sizes are not accurate.

Wonderful ambience, attentive and patient staff, and an uplifting experience overall. The member of staff who attended to us indulged us with hours of her time, repeated donning and doffing of clothes, helpful information with buying, and above all a genuine passion for customer service. We even had some of the clothes within an hour of purchase - for a small fee of course!
The staff were so helpful in helping me select a punjabi outfit for a get together with my in laws. Even my mother in law was impressed with the choice!
I went in to take a look at gowns for my wedding reception and I am immediately greeted with warm and welcoming staff who are so happy to help. I've been to a few shops on Ealing Road and have been palmed off by staff who don't know what customer service is, even if it hit them in the face. With the help and advice from staff I purchased a gown which is stunning. All round winner! Can't go wrong! Very pleased and happy & definitely recommend it!
