I LOVE this shop! Everything inside is great and inconceivable quality. The staff are welcoming and the style is sensitive and welcoming. Irrefutably a "flat out need visit" for the zone!
I consider it my one-stop shop. You can find anything from a cute, swanky top to formal night out attire along with the shoes and accessories.
I purchased 3 items. Fabrics used are inferior and sizing was way off.
Return must be made to China even though all three items which arrived on different dates were mailed from Ontario Canada. Finally got a refund of 11.67 off my unreturnable order of 87.00. All three items are being given to good will as I will never wear them. Very expensive lesson! It would have cost over $70.00 CND to mail to CHINA.
The clothing I received were of a much inferior fabric than what they showed in the ads on-line and then it took 4 or 5 emails from me about returning the items before I received one back. I sent the requested info and have sent 2 more emails since to try to get another response. All total, 7 or 8 emails without any results. This has been going on a month. I wonder if their practice is to not accept returns? Save yourself this frustration and possible financial hit. Don't buy from them.
Purchased 5 items. Yes, quality was good, but they did not fit. As their website and packing slips included no information on how to return, we contacted them by email at what appeared to be the point of shipping in Chino, CA and got a response asking exactly what we wanted to return. We responded and never heard from them again in spite of a follow-up from us. We found their supposed phone number in China but we could not get it to work (Verizon didn't recognize it). We eventually escalated to PayPal, which provided a supposed way to email the parent company in China. Again, we got no response. So we escalated further at PayPal and eventually were provided an address in China that we had to ship to using a service that provides on-line tracking. In sum: it has cost us $60 shipping using the USPS to return $128 of clothing. PayPal says they will refund the $128 when the box tracks as having been delivered in China.
I remarked to individuals that it resembled the garments were cut only for me. I additionally thought the costs were sensible. I will shop there once more. I am so happy I discovered this shop!

It's difficult to get around in case you are incapacitated and can't leave your wheelchair or bicycle outside as the hanging articles of clothing are extremely close to each other.
