Very happy with all the products I purchased. The only problem I have had was an opened package and to contact laheronia the automated questions didn't fit. I can't believe they have never heard of a tool falling out of the packaging. I purchased another tool and am happy, again

I ordered quite a few things from DressLily for my past winter and loved them all when they arrived. I chose the free shipping option which does take up to a few weeks, but I had this is mind with the items coming from overseas, even though is free I was still provided with a tracking code for this. The clothes are really cute, keep in mind the sizes are really small and different from western sizes, im normally a size S, and still looked carefully at the provided measurements of every item, so as long as you read the details on what your buying the sizes are good. I would def order from dresslilly.com again.

I am happy with laheronia customer service. I had a problem with the dress I have ordered and wrote them. They answered straight away but not sure why, their email went in my Spam folder, so I wrote them again on the chat they have on their website and I was told to check my spam folder because it is frequent that it goes there. I did, and indeed I found it there. They solved my problem within few days and I got a full refund for my dress that was too small. So, fortunately my experience with them is good!
