This dress is absolutely stunning, the fit is very comfortable. I ordered a size 4 and my measurements were accurate depending on the size of the website. Again, the dress is beautiful, but I would recommend ordering it with your measurements instead of the standard size.
Shoes don't look anything like the website. Wanted to return - Uk address on the parcel is fake, "post to China at own expense'. Offer small % back instead - asked for other option and no reply!
I ordered some "leather" salt sandals and a blue "silk" dress from this website. Also some linen trousers which as of yet haven't turned up. The sandals were fake plastic and really poorly made and the dress was like a tea towel (as my partner suggested) no shape and made out of nasty nylon not silk. Guess I should have expected this considering the price and from China. Both are going straight to the charity shop. No point in doing a return as the website dosn't exist anymore and I doubt I will ever get hold of anyone. First photo of the shoes that arrived, second one of what I expected.
I bought two dresses, trousers and a top in October 2019. They were all poor quality material and badly made with buttons not sewn on properly and stitching threading.
I sent all back with proof of receipt with the Royal Post.
La Heroina deny receiving items back and I'm out of pocket over £100.
La Heroina also tried to prevent me returning items offering a large discount which is very odd and not normal trading.
I would be aware of this site.
Customer service was good, I asked by email when the delivery estimate would be and they were quick to respond and help me. The item arrived a little late, but I understand that it is because it is an international shipment.
