I bought a cardigan from this company and when it arrived it was nothing like the one I had bought. It was a cheap and nasty item. I emailed them for a refund only to be told I would have to return the item to China at my expense. I have now opened a dispute via paypal. Dreadful customer service and misrepresentation on website to what I actually received! Photos below.

I loooove korean make up and skincare therefore I'm so happy that Laheronia exists! On most other sites they double the prices. I already purchased a few times on Laheronia and I don't plan on stopping unless I move to South Korea haha :D

I usually shop at the Burbank location and I always have a good experience. The staff are so nice. I tried their online store and what a great experience too! Customer service was a able to resolve a quick issue I had and my items arrived in a good time.
