Called to get my lab results. They required me to authorize myself to receive them. I get a copy of a photo ID in order to verify the person on the call. The staff that drew the blood were very helpful. The policy to authorize your self what an act of stupidity!
It's been 4 days since a loved one did a drug test. Why is it taking so long to get the results? I've had drug tests before and it took 24 hours. Did you loose the sample?
Do you realize that some patients can't get refills on medications until the results come in? Do you realize how much suffering you're causing by being so slow? What recourse do we have to get results tomorrow so that prescriptions can be filled before the weekend?
This Lab Corp was horribly inefficient not accepting walk-ins (only appointments). The problem was there were no appointment clients being served but 3 walk-ins waiting for service and was refused service. Too much Dead Time.
No one to talk to customer service is a recording the people that work for them can't tell you anything they know nothing about what's going on how do people have places to just take your money for nothing how does are government let this happen stay away from Labcorp
Labcorp as a company is a disgrace and the fact that the Better Business Bureau has not gotten involved in their racket is disconcerting. They hide behind "we are just billing for doctors orders" but fail to remove any superfluous charges from their own incompetence. For example, when their phlebotomist sticks you three different times and draws so little blood that they can't even run blood tests, they still bill you for blood tests. How absurd is that? And good luck trying to get an actual human who is able to correct this obviously wrong charge? Be prepared to spend hours at a time.
This company's customer service is basically like going to the DMV. A complete disgrace for a private company.
Four business days after conducting a test, they sent me an email demanding payment. 6 days later, I received a bill in the mail, demanding immediate payment. Obviously, they hadn't even billed my insurance company yet. Times for billing office to be open are shorter than what the bill says. Would give a zero rating if possible.
I had no idea that I owed $1,400 to LabCorp until I went to my cardiologist to take a blood test and the reason I didn't know this is because LabCorp will send a bill that I owe for say $27 and then a few days later I get another bill for $27 and then a week later I get another bill for $27 so I'm thinking that most of them are the same bill and instead of LabCorp sending an itemized complete bill of what I owe they send out individual envelopes with one bill inside for a particular date of service. I've never received a complete bill of what I owe from LabCorp. When I called someone in North Carolina I'm from New Jersey I was told if I have an issue with the way billing is being processed maybe I should speak to the vice president of LabCorp. I'm not saying I don't owe LabCorp but I also found out that on a few occasions I've been billed three times for the same day for the same amount. And I was told that sometimes I take a blood test sometimes I take a urine test and of course the blood test cost more and of course the bill would be more. But for example, if I went to a doctor appointment May 1st 2022 and my responsibility for payment after the insurance company pays their portion is $147 I shouldn't have two more bills for $147 for that same day, same procedure, same doctor's office, and that's happened a few times. So one of the main reasons I'm writing this review is that today September 15 2023 I received an incredible amount of envelopes (bills) from LabCorp which I think was over the top and in each individual envelope is an individual day that I was at my doctor's office and instead of LabCorp sending a complete itemized bill of what I owe they think it's smarter to send out 20 something envelopes. Usually a company will do everything they can to save on paper, ink and postage. It seems like LabCorp doesn't care about wasting money maybe they should find it another vice president who cares more about the companies spending because obviously he or she doesn't
Unsafe 25 people waiting in a waiting area 120 sq. Ft. Appoint time 10 minutes ago. No idea if this is going to take another 10 minites or 2 hours. I've been through this before. Pay more, hire more people and be responsible not to provide such a bad service and unethical increase the transmisson of disease by bad key executive management inneptness. Only one employee here with 4 blood draw rooms. Not the first time. This is normal.
I can't get my results. They were not sent to doctor and when I call Labcorp there is never an answer.
Try going online to pay your bill for LabCorp the site never works. You get your bill in the mail go to pay the bill online site's not going to work for you because there will be maintenance because there's always maintenance. So then you have to call the people and you have to give them all the information your birthday your name the account number for the bill. They can't look up any thing on their own because you wouldn't want them to actually know how to do their job.
I went to get my blood drawn yesterday and the phlebotomist mentally and physically abused me. At first she refused to sign my OHP paperwork and the Vice President of Modivcare and my doctor's office witnessed this phlebotomist acting crazy and yelling at me that her son died a few months ago and that I was now making her life horrible by asking her to sign my OHP paperwork.
When I got back in the room she shoved the needle so hard in my arm that I have a mark and am still on pain then Kayla the phlebotomist told me after she drew my blood that I was now probably going to end up like her dead son.
I am suggesting that noone goes to this Labcorp because there is definitely something wrong with the phlebotomist that they employ.
I am taking my complaint to the Justice Department and the Better Business Bureau.
If you value you and your family and child's health I do not recommend going to Labcorp.
I had a test done on 8/14/23 by my Dr. The follow up appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks later to review results. I went to that appointment which was 8/28/23 only to have to reschedule because my Dr didnt receive the results yet. I have to wait a total of 4weeks to get results for a test that should have only needed 4-5days to complete. I have reached out to labcorp daily via the patient portal and shockingly, not really, I still have not heard back. I am more than capable to navigate the healthcare system amd cant imagine someone who isnt able too. This is beyond frustrating. I only gave 1 star because the no star option is not available.
I just called because I had questions about my lab corp bill and they suck! They are rude and no help
I have attempted to login. I created a password and saved it in my settings but when I attempted to log in the password was rejected. I tried again but it didn't work again.
I've been employed with Labcorp almost 5 years in the Memphis Area. I've had 6 different Supervisors since being here. The latest one is Dawn Mills she's a well known bully. This one sends thousands unprofessional emails throughout the day & night! She tries to focus workers to float to other accounts when their offer letter had them placed a certain account. Now her best friend Tina Nanney is our new Regional Director who formerly never introduced herself! They just got their 3rd friend hire Angie! This company has way too many conflicts of interests. Several employees have reported Dawn to Human Resources and they refuse to remove this woman from the Memphis area! All workers have join forces to do a class action lawsuit against the company. If you are looking for a job with labcorp DO NOT apply in the Memphis area!
I keep getting billed for another person who we share the same birthday and almost the same name minus are middle name. I have called repeatedly to have them correct it. I can't get my labs done until I pay past due invoices that belong to another person. They have to put me on hold to call the other persons doctor and if they can't get ahold of anybody they say they can't help me. There's even notes on my account and they still won't do anything. I even tried emailing them and three weeks later McKenzie G simply wrote that if there's an error my doctors office can call them. My doctors office is not responsible for calling a third party lab I used to correct their billing mistake. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and I will not be using them anymore. If they can't get their billing right I hate to see how they handle the lab results.
I read my explanation of benefits and it says I don't owe anything, and yet labcorp is billing me for the write off amount. I have tried to contact them but their customer service number is just a recording and you never get a person. I have no choice but to get my insurance company involved as it states right on the EOB that they cannot bill me for that amount. Yet labcorp feels they can take me to collections even after I wrote them a letter.
Got a blood work a couple of weeks ago, they got back to my doctor with mixed samples that I was diabetic, got to the er my blood work was perfect! THIS CLINIC SUCKS! 2nd time I get wrong results with them do NOT recommend it if you want an accurate result, got myself worried I'd have to take insulin for the rest of my life! As*h they suck
On 8/7 I went to the Labcorp on Meeker Blvd in Sun City West. I had a basic labs done. They said they needed my drivers license and insurance card which I handed them and they turn around and said oh we don't need them that should have been my first clue they had no idea what they were doing. The website says 2-7 days for results. I needed these tests to get medication refills. On day 7 I looked online for my results and nothing. My Dr said they have not received results either. I emailed them 3 times and called (nobody ever answers) twice and left a message with No return calls. I would not recommend labcorp at all zero stars but that is not an option
They take forever to get results from a simple pee test and the people who worked with me were rude.
Answer: I have same question here, no training, but still get paid. Why? Because people allow them
Answer: Its sent out, they are just a profesional AQUIRE BUSSINESS FOR ALL THAT THEY GIVE SERVICE FOR
