The policies of this company are NOT for the benefit of the customers. They are for the benefit of reducing any possible work for the company to save time and money. We could not get them to fax lab results to a physician that was the actual doc who needed it to adjust medications. I made 5 phone calls, ask to speak to a supervisor twice and would suddenly get disconnected or told I was in the "wrong department". We'll choose Quest Lab who seems to be able to handle a simple INR. I will not waste another 2 hours chasing these people to get MY records.

This place was disgusting. The bathroom was filthy and ceiling tiles are missing. There was only one staff person for intake and blood draw. Absolutely the worst experience for everyone waiting! Waited an hour! Never again

DO NOT USE LabCOrps! They ruined my credit for sending an invoice to collections when i freaking paid for it! The second time i had to use them i realized it was a trend! I paid my invoice the same day i received the invoice, received a payment confirmation by email. A few days later i receive an email from their portal telling me my invoice was due. Im thinking strange? Maybe its standard. Mind you my banking statement already shows the fee deducted from my balance. A month later i get a past due notice in the mail. Are u $#*!ing kidding me.

Got billed for a lab that my insurance said was not covered due to not following medical guidelines. Have tried to call Lab Corp. for 3 months. They just keep refering me to the place where the test was ordered. When I call them, they say they do not do the billing. It has been a vicious cycle. Lab Corp. says, mam, I just trying to help you, but all they do is tell me to call the one who ordered the test. The cycle starts again. Beyond aggravating. Bill has been sent for collections. Still cannot get an answer from anyone involved and get harassing phone calls daily. They also sneak a waiver stating some labs may not be covered and get you to sign, but they don't get preapproval and give you the option of if you want to pay or not. Very deceiving!

On May 3rd 2019
I went to the Langhorne Pa location Labcorp. The lady that drew my blood was so horrible. She basically pushed the needle in so hard my arm was killing me. Then pushing up on the tubes and kept turning them as she was pushing them in hard also. My blood was coming out so slow with bubbles. When I question her about it she got nasty and told me that's how my blood flows which is not true my doctor of 15 yrs passed away in Dec and I never had any of these problems or a bruise not a care in the world from her. I also needed a ua, reflex test she kept telling me no. I said can I see my paper work I'll show you where my Dr. Check it off then she looks again gives me a cup and says there's the bathroom go pee. Within 10 minutes my arm had a very dark purple bruise. I work for another lab company and ask the phlebotomist there what happened they said I have a hematoma. Its day 4 and the purple bruise is still there. Not allowed zero for ratings

They deserve to be put out of business. Underhanded business practices and crappy entry level employees. Their data entry error cost me $2600 in blood tests. These idiots deserve to rot in a jail cell for the rest of their lives. If you ever have any bloodwork done please choose any other lab except for labcorp. Absolutely filthy and disgusting company. The federal trade commission should put these miserly bigots out of business.

I am not leaving the country or getting on a plane, entering a Federal Building. So what's the point! I am born and raised USA citizen and am totally offended by this tactic... Besides your front office staff at the South Street, Lakewood, CA address is the most rude individuals If ever encountered... And I have spent 60 years working in Medical Offices and still do... We would replace any one that does not have any compassion for the Elderly and Ill

This is my last visit ever at Lab Corp... except for one nurse, staff is horrible, careless, slow and rude.
Checking in takes forever compared to other labs.
Bathroom has no water/soap/paper to wash.
Place is a mess, not clean at all for a lab
But worth is time to get results. My doc said 2 days, and it's now over a week and he has not got results. My case is not life threatening but serious enough that the results should have been in in 48 hours.
I went back to Labcorp to check as nothing on the internet or by calling the various numbers was of any help, and after I complained that I called the numbers and only got menus etc., a young male nurse? Walked in and said he was going to help and tried to call the lab directly but then one female nurse walked in and scolded him saying it was not his job, and they were busy (they were not as it was noon and I was the only person in the wait room) so he said sorry.
Places like these don't deserve to exist.

Scott Thornburg was so rude I almost left an went to different lab. If I ever need labs again, I will not go to his location on Graham Dr in Tomball. He litterally argued with me over registration. When I told him he was totally unprofessional he stated file a complaint I don't care. I am a medical professional at THS. This was unacceptable behavior.

Worse company I've ever had to deal with. I was denied bloodwork requested by my OBGYN becuase of a bill LabCorp failed to send me 3 years ago after sitting in there waiting room for 2.5 HOURS. A bill I know nothing about and have no idea what it is for. Now three years later I have a bill my former insurance will not pay because it past the two year make for bills. Being 37 weeks pregnant with complications this is not something that I should have to be dealing with. The worst part is I had no Idea my blood work from 2016 was being sent to lab corp The Doctor was at Slocum $#*!son Medical. Utica, NY

LabCorp fails to inform the offices that use it's services of any fees, ( for the patients) what so ever, to the point where if you call the doctors, (I say doctors because it seems to happen everywhere I'm cursed to deal with this company) they have no clue why you're being charged... not informed of any charges before hand... I have a pretty awesome insurance it has to be I pay 500$ a month for it, with what is supposed to be a set co -pay for these services (at least it's what happens at other labs... instead I get a ton of random different bills, (For routine always the same blood work.) from this junk company... lets say... what if you want to fill up your gas tank at the same gas station you have always gone to... but here's the catch you don't know what the cost per gallon is until you get home two weeks later and check your mail to find, BOOM! You have 4 to 5 bills from the gas station, for one fill up, for a randomly made up cost per gallon sounds horrid? YEAH! Well this is what you get with labcorp GO else where if you can... be informed of where your labs get sent... don't blame your doctor for bills from this joke of a company.

Phelbotomist Nordelin Pena and the entire rest of the staff at the Lab Corps Perth Amboy (N. J) location are consistently very kind and patient with our mentally $#*!ed sister, despite her fearful crying and carrying on during blood draws. We appreciate this very much, and that is the reason my brother and I always take our sister there for lab work.
Thank you. -- Christopher O'Connor

What?
February 21, 2019

Got a bill for over 500$ stating my insurance denied me because I couldn't be identified or was not eligible for benefits on the date the services were rendered. Which is strange cause I have been to the Dr. many times before the date and my insurance found me then. How could I not have been found. I decide to call and speak to someone about it and there wasn't even an option to speak to a human! I go to the website to enter yet again my insurance info and the website is so confusing. Could hardly find where I needed to be. Thanks for the non help Labcorp

I tried to set up an appointment for my blood work at Labcorp Staten Island location.
Called their number. Their message just said if you need an appointment go to their website. No other options. What about people who does not have a computer? Anyway, I have one.
Well, their site does not work! OK, it happens, so I called their general number. Told the guy this story. His answer - if you don't know how to make an appointment - go without one. Wow! I really don't remember talking to somebody that rude!

Had the worst blood draw ever today in a Labcorp facility on Milestone in Ft. Collins, CO. Technician coarse and brusque. Tried and failed on one arm, and it HURT! Left a bruise. Tried and succeeded finally on right arm. Still in pain eight hours later up into my upper arm.
Told her usually needed a butterfly needle as I have small veins. She ignored me. Jabbed me with repeatedly and hard with a needle.
No bedside manner. I could have been a tire she was changing - it would have been more caring.
It was an awful experience. Painful and rude. Have had many blood draws, never one this bad and this rough. Beware!

Missed one of tests ordered by my physician. They made copy of my Medicare card and my secondary insurance card before my test but they sent the claim directly to my secondary insurance co. I called their billing dept. They couldn't find my Medicare insurance info.

I went to Lab Corp to do my MMR test, I were confirmed by the technician that my insurance will cover the test. However, a month later I received an invoice with request to pay $309 for the test. I called the billing department and was confirmed that the whole bill was almost $900, and already had some discount therefore, I have to pay $309. I argued that why I was confirmed by a technician my insurance will pay for it, and now have to do. They said that is not their job, I need to call my insurance.
Not recommend to anyone to Lab Corp. Bad service and cost too much.
