Neither lab technician that was present that day knew how to put a 24-hour urine collection test into the computer correctly. This is not some random, obscure test. It's done all the time. It took 24 hours of my time to collect! My doctor could see the results were not right so I don't know what they did with it, but my insurance had to pay for it anyway. Now, who has to spend another 24 hours collecting urine? They really suck! They don't know their own computer system! Never going there again.
According to Dr. Catherine Brigman's office on January 29,2020, Labcorp had not reported testing results and then reported never receiving the fecal sample that was hand delivered in San Antonio, Texas in November 2019. Approximately 20 specimens were hand delivered that were frozen and unfrozen.
Left at 11am to go do a simple urinalysis for nursing school. NEW HOURS handwritten on bldg. Go back at 1.30... Need a registration #, not just order # from CastleBranch. CastleBranch website stuck all day with glitches. Went to library for land computer. Same thing. FINALLY uploaded when I was verbally talking with Castlebranch on phone after 30min wait time. Then, went back to Labcorp a THIRD time and they wouldn't take me because I checked in at 3.30pm. Took pictures of everything and everyone involved. If I get kicked out of nursing school because of this, I will sue.
Mount Sinai does not let you know Lab Corp is not a provider under my coverage. Im getting hundreds of dollars in bills for general testing. Lab Corp has incorrectly coded my bills for submittal to my insurance company.
Make sure you tell your doctor you want a Lab Slip for a company your insurance covers.
On January 23, I went to have a thetestorone test for two different doctors to each doctor in the same report they sent different results, I never used this company again Armando betancourt
Hi, I went to have blood drawn at the Princeton, NJ location. I had a Saturday 10 AM appointment. They took me right away but when I gave them my name they said I had to leave and couldn't get blood drawn because the order had a period after my middle initial ( like " Jane E. Doe"). If there is period after the middle name they can't proceed. They said that the doctor will have to fax in the order or I should being the order. I called the main customer service number and they said they will get back to me. This is all very unacceptable, I will go to a different lab and not deal with this.
As far as I can remember I have never posted negative feedback about a company until now. There is a practice among some medical facilities that everyone should be aware of. LabCorp specifically is one that uses a very deceptive practice. I went to a LabCorp facility to have blood work done and asked the girl at the counter if they accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. The woman behind the counter said yes we do. I gave her my card she typed a few things in the computer and off I went to get my blood work done. Several weeks passed and I received a bill for the total amount of the blood work. When I called to find out why, the representative said we accept all insurance cards. I said why did I get billed the total amount. Come to find out that Blue Cross Blue Shield is not in their Network. The representative explained to me that it's my responsibility to make sure that they are in my network. All the woman had to say to me at the counter was we accept your card but you may not be in our Network. I believe this is a very deceptive practice. I even had two people in their company tell me that they agreed with me. Anytime you work with your insurance somewhere be sure to ask them if you are in their Network. Apparently asking them if they accept your insurance is the wrong way to ask. I will never use LabCorp again. Even if they are in my network in the future. A company with these type of practices is not one I want to trust my blood work with.
I went to the Dunn Avenue location of LabCorp at 7:45 in the morning when I was the only one there. As usual, I hated to go in because the atmosphere there has never been conducive to a pleasant experience. It's as if front office do not want to be bothered by clients even though we are the reason they have a job. They find it difficult to do common Greetings or to even assist those who are unable to sort their sign in process. I've watched this for over 4 years. I use them simply because it is the choice of my insurance. The sad thing is when a company has a 1 + rating, they obviously could care less about good efficient customer service. It's a systemic thing in the facility that I use. Perhaps it's a Northside thing I don't know. But I do plan to find out. I would make this place my last choice if I were you. I do have to say that once you get past the front office, I have found that the lab technicians are always kind people. It's just getting past the front office arrogance that is a trip.
Labcorp lost my wife's lab test results, not one time but three times. Even when doctor office called they could not locate the results. When I told them that I got it confirmed from Labcop Arcadia CA office that urine and blood sample were collected. They than looked into their records were able to locate the results and admitted their fault.
Problem is many testing labs have been consolidated into Labcorp. You guess the rest.
Long story short I am going to pay these people more for a blood work than I am paying for the entire pregnancy bill for my wife. How are these people legally in business?
Was doing a favor by dropping off stool specimen for neighbor but they would not take it because I did not have all his address and insurance information. And since it had to be refrigerated the specimem was wasted as I had to go back to work and could not take it back home to him. I work in a medical office and try to send all my patients to Quest because Labcorp is the very worst.
A long time ago I had the misfortune to worked for Gloria Anderson when you use to be called Roche. She was a rude, sarcastic person that like to humiliate people, especially gay people.
I was a courier and I was always thirty minute early for my shift, I dressed well, I was honest and I took my job seriously. She never liked me for some reason, but when she found out that I was gay, my lord, things got worse.
One time her fellow gay hater in the office named Pat, decided to sabotage my courier work by hiding some test kits and the paperwork they came with that I was supposed to take to an office at Southwest Medical Center in Dallas. That night Gloria Anderson placed the paperwork in my basket with the other paperwork to make it looked like that I had missed it. So, after she got a complaint from the medical office at the Southwest Medical Center in Dallas, she then took me to her office and accused me of being incompetent and stupid. After yelling at me for several minutes she then wrote me up and told me I was on thin ice. Later that day I learned from a friend of mine in the office named Jan, that she had overheard Gloria Anderson and Pat hatch the sabotage plan up in Gloria's office.
With her vulgar remarks about gay people and her sabotaging my good reputation, I decided to quit and get a better paying job that wasn't so stressful. Last I heard she was a branch manager at one of the LabCorp centers in Fort Worth. You have a horrible company LabCorp! And Gloria Anderson, what is wrong with you? People need the results of their medical tests ASAP.
I went to complete bloodwork Saturday 11/30/2019, the receptionist somehow mixed up my information with my twin sister's information. When I realized, I called LabCorp but no one answered. I called again Monday but no answer. I went in person today Wednesday 12/4/19 before work mind you. And the receptionist said I have to call their customer service line and provide a requisition number. So i called them and a rep said my doctor has to call. So that was mixed info. Then when my doctor did call, they were told I'd have to go in AGAIN to redo my bloodwork. Seriously my time has been wasted and now I'm expected to drive back there? Check the info the first time. This isn't the first time someone mixed up our info. Just because we are twins. Better training needed.
Went to location 7915 US Hwy 301 N, Ste 105, Ellenton, FL, ******* where they have ONE poor woman doing everything (COMPLETELY BY HERSELF). I waited 45 minutes just to have a employer urine test done. How sad this world has become and how sick are these big corporations.
The customer service department is very rude and hateful. Also if you owe a balance you can not get your blood drawn they are money hungry.
Spent over an hour after signing in to find they missed my sign in, somehow. Then waited longer to find out they don't take Blue Shield Insurance. Think they would have figured that out from signing in at the automated system that photo's your I.D. and insurance card. Always, claiming they are understaffed for the day as if its the "norm". Unprofessional. Always "yucking" it up with the phlebotomists at the front desk when they come up for paperwork, sucking on their Starbuck's all the way. Lots of laughing going on in the back. Plenty of open seats when I got their at 7:45 a.m. but only saw 5 people go in for all the time I was there. Walked up a floor to Quest. 7 people ahead of me. Checked in. No kidding, was called up, taken in, blood drawn and out the door... all in a whopping 10 minutes! Only 2 phlebotomists working and one gal at the front. Now that's a well run office where they give a hoot about professionalism and the patients time! Doesn't even deserve one star but can't leave a review without one.
Got a call from my doctor and realized I need my blood work. No problem, I went on line made my appointment easy as pie. I went in at 12 noon and although there were several people waiting I was called in right at my appointment time. I know people were most likely mad but Come on people... make your life easy an make an appointment! I was in there for maybe 5 to 10 minutes tops! I love this place, the staff is always kind, sweet and caring. I really hate that they get bad reviews! I have been going here for years and never had a problem.
This is my second day at Labcorb to get a fasting blood draw and still waiting. They are an hour late for my appointed time and claiming "our computers are down."
There is one particular person at Labcorp in Somerset, New Jersey location that has a poor attitude and does not draw blood without extreme bruising. This has happened more than once.
They didn't want accept the doctor paper work! I have only Saturday to figure out my personal problems and waist my time at Clermont labcorp! Terrible
